| With the rapid development of highway construction in China and the continuous improvement of economic level,the demand for traffic and transportation is growing day by day,and the expressway service area is developing rapidly.Nowadays,the basic services such as catering,toilet and refueling can no longer meet the needs of users.Users have higher expectations for the facilities,environment,service content and service quality of the service area.Some large service areas with capital,passenger flow and other advantages to achieve development and growth,facilities and services are increasingly perfect.However,the majority of small and medium-sized service areas have the same service mode,and the facilities are not sound enough,and the service area lacks the ability to provide targeted and characteristic services for the users of different vehicles such as trucks,buses and cars.Therefore,there is still a lot of space for development of service area.Aiming at the upgrading of the service system of medium and small expressway service area,this study provides better service for users by improving the design of leisure facilities and improves the service quality of expressway service area.Using questionnaire survey,field research,in-depth interviews and other methods,combined with research association of business management in the department of transportation access to the data,analysis of survey data visualization,observe the behavior of expressway service area main user group characteristics,summarizes the behavior rule and induces the commonness and difference,determine the user’s potential demand,This thesis analyzes the service content and pain points of leisure space in expressway service areas,and designs service systems and products to meet the potential needs of users in expressway service areas from the perspective of the relationship between expressway users,service products and service areas,guided by user behavior.Taking Fuping Service Area of Baoding City,Hebei Province as a case study,this thesis uses service design methods and tools to explore the service innovation of expressway service area.Through constructing service system of expressway service area,leisure space,leisure space of leisure facilities for service carrier,combining with the service area is located the special characteristics of culture,and humanities elements,integration of the universal service and special services,to provide users with more high-quality service,can give full play to the expressway service area of public welfare.The development of the service area will be brought into the virtuous cycle of mutual motivation between "users and employees" to realize the transformation of users from concern to interest to desire to memory and then to purchase,so as to further improve the economic benefits of the service area and drive the area where the service area is located to achieve better economic growth. |
