| With the development of traffic construction and service industry,people’s expectation of service quality of expressway service area is increasing,and the service level of expressway service area seriously affects the overall image of the highway and the mood of travelers on the road.However,the improvement of motor vehicle ownership has brought a lot of traffic to the expressway,and the congestion of service area often occurs.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve the service environment and service level of the expressway service area,and try to provide comfortable and high-quality service for visitors coming.This paper is based on the project of "Operation evaluation and demonstration research of Qilu expressway service area",and does some expansion and extension of the evaluation index calculation and operation state analysis.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Firstly,analyzing the service demand and facility configuration demand of the expressway service area,and classifying the function of highway service area.Then summarizing the facility configuration and operating characteristic through the investigation,which is bent to provide the theoretical and data foundation for the establishment of the calculation model.(2)Introducing the operation principle and method of real-time data acquisition system.For there may be data errors or missing data in system data transmission,the paper proposes the method of identifying and processing abnormal data to ensure that the index calculation model runs all the time.It provides support for the calculation of the quantitative model of the indicator.(3)Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of the service facilities,the ratios of occupancy rate,blockage rate,and the ratio of waiting time to service time are proposed as the operational evaluation indicators of the functional zones of the service area.Construct the index guantification model by using the queuing theory and the weighted average method,and calculat the operation index of different functional districts and the overall operating index of the service area.Visually reflect the operating status of service facilities in the service area by the operation index,and verify the practical feasibility of the model through an example application.The real-time dynamic running index calculation can enable managers to grasp the use of service facilities,and timely implement effective targeted measures for the operation of the service area in response to changes.On the other hand,it provides information for travelers to avoid congestion and get better service.The ideas and methods provided in this paper can have far-reaching implications for improving the service quality and operating efficiency of expressway service areas. |
