Research On Interior Space Design Of Healthy Housing In Post-epidemic Era ——Take Hefei As An Example

At the end of 2019,the outbreak of COVID-19 broke out and spread worldwide in just a few weeks.During this period,most people had to "stay at home" and wander between "bedside hill","bedroom lane" and "balcony peak".Due to the timely and effective prevention and control,China has basically controlled the spread of the epidemic situation,and the epidemic prevention and control shows a normalization trend.However,the serious public health crisis caused by the epidemic has stopped its impact on people’s living concept and lifestyle.How to design houses in the post epidemic era has become the focus of attention.First,the article defines the relevant concepts of healthy housing and its evaluation overview,summarizes the transmission path of COVID-19 in the internal space of housing,and analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the internal space design of healthy housing.Later,taking Hefei as the research site,based on the evaluation indicators related to the internal space design in the evaluation standard for healthy housing（2017 Edition）,through field investigation（a total of 20 residential districts）and a large number of questionnaires（a total of 382 valid questionnaires）,the problems and living needs of the current situation of the internal space of Hefei housing in the post epidemic era were summarized.Secondly,from the perspective of residential demand,combined with the typical problems existing in the internal space of residential buildings in Hefei,this paper expounds the design strategies of the internal space of healthy residential buildings in Hefei in the post epidemic era from the perspective of use demand and safety demand.Finally,taking the healthy housing project which I actually participated in during my internship in Hefei company of Gemdale group as an example,explain how to apply the above strategies.From disease to health impact on residential interior space design,through the questionnaire survey and field investigation,summarized the outbreak era health residential interior space residential demand and the existing problems,summed up the corresponding health residential interior space design strategy.Finally,examples demonstrate the application of the above strategy.Hoped that this study can provide useful reference for future related housing theory and practical projects.Figure 58 Table 40 Reference 75...
