Due to the nature of X-rays with short wavelength and high energy,its strong penetrating ability and ionization ability can be widely used in industrial non-destructive testing,medical diagnosis,safety testing,element calibration of various substances and other fields.In order to obtain X-rays with stable quality and excellent performance,the high-voltage power supply as a high-voltage generator has undergone a process from low frequency to high frequency,from low power to high power,and from analog control to digital control.In this paper,a small high-frequency high-voltage power supply is designed for the X-ray tube,and its control part is systematically studied.The high-voltage 0~50k V and the beam current0~5m A are continuously adjustable.The paper first introduces the research background of the subject,the principle of X-ray generation,and the research status and trend of high-voltage power supply at home and abroad.Combined with the characteristics of modern high-voltage power supplies,the overall structure of the power supply is determined.The power supply uses the new switching power supply technology to take the existing signal power supply as input,and outputs DC negative high voltage after the high-frequency inverter circuit,step-up transformer and voltage-doubling rectifier circuit,which solves the problems of large size and low efficiency of traditional power frequency high-voltage power supply.In terms of control,a single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core,and a high-frequency signal sampling and detection circuit is designed.Pure hardware PI circuit is used to form feedback,and a professional touch screen is used as the upper computer to monitor the state of the lower computer.The operation program of the single-chip microcomputer is written through the software,and the operation page of the touch screen is designed to form a control system with fast running speed,convenient signal acquisition and monitoring,intelligent information processing,and simple and intuitive human-computer interaction interface.After repeated experiments and debugging,the X-ray high-frequency high-voltage power supply control system designed in this paper can realize: tube voltage and tube current are continuously adjustable;high voltage,beam current,and filament values are displayed in real time;There are five protection functions for under-beam current and filament over-current;after a long-term load test,the power supply performance is stable and reliable,and the efficiency is maintained above 80%.It has the advantages of simple circuit structure,low production cost,and convenient operation process,which is in line with domestic The development trend of high-voltage power supply in the context of foreign countries. |
