Nowadays with the development of our country’s economy. The unprecedented development of auto industry also brought two problems to be solved: the environmental pollution and energy crisis. The introduction of solar energy into the automotive sector can alleviate these problems. The solar radiation reaching the earth’s surface every day equivalent to 250 million barrels of oil. Making full use of solar energy to supply power for air conditioning can save a lot of oil, such problem also can be solved when the car stops running air conditioning no power source.This topic is mainly analysis automotive air-conditioner control system of solar power supply, someone was detected, and the temperature of the inside car without the owner setting temperature range, transfer the power supply system for air conditioning power supply, and give priority to using solar energy as power supply for saving electric energy, at the same time, controlling and managing solar power and storage battery charging and discharging. When the battery is low, can cut off to transform solar power to the car power supply, so that on the basis of saving energy, achieve the goal that can ensure the normal operation of air conditioning, switching between solar energy power supply and car power supply.After the analysis of system requirements, this chose single-chip microcomputer STC125A60S2 as the microprocessor system,whose features include high speed,low power and super strong anti-interference. Then, according to the requirements of the function to design the specific hardware circuit diagram and software.In the aspect of hardware, this paper mainly design peripheral circuit based on single chip microcomputer STC12C5A60S2. Designing each module of the circuit, mainly include DS18B20 temperature detection, HC- SR501 human body detection, A/D data acquisition circuit of solar power voltage and battery voltage, hall sensor current sampling circuit, serial communication circuit, Relay’s switch control circuit in module power supply, and solar battery charging circuit and PWM driving circuit. The making the overall hardware circuit diagram of the system as a whole.On the basis of the hardware design, designing the software about solar power of automotive air conditioning control system. At the same time to program software on sampling module and execution module. Firstly, designing Information sampling program, such as temperature detection, the human body detection and A/D data of the current or voltage; Secondly, in the space of solar battery charge control, The MPPT algorithm and battery charging control strategy are the key. Here proposes a MPPT control algorithm-the improved incremental conductance method, and storage battery’s PV charging method: MPPT charge, pulse charge, float charge. This strategy improve the PV system energy utilization at the most extent, and can avoid the damage caused by long time charging. After that, in terms of supply switch of air conditioning power, according to the sample information, take battery SOC as indicators to control the relay, and Write a program about the power supply switch, to realize power supply switch between the solar battery power and car power.Finally, use Proteus simulation software simulates single chip microcomputer, and MATLAB software for solar charging system modeling and simulation. Then, make use of the development board for experiments, and to run this application. After that, analysis results and prove its feasibility. In the last part, summarize the full text, and discuss the development direction of the study in related fields in the future.
