As China’s economy turns from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,people’s demand for high-quality life is also growing.The close interaction with nature and the adjustment of body and mind have become a new way for modern residents to relax.The urban wetland park can not only balance the urban climate like the urban green lung,but also take into account the leisure function to meet people’s leisure,relaxation and exercise needs.Therefore,the wetland parks in various cities came into being in the short term,and gradually occupied the position of an important carrier of urban recreational function.While the Urban Wetland Park enriches citizens’ leisure life,it also causes a series of problems and contradictions due to the special nature of land use,and needs to face the problems of ecological environment protection and citizens’ growing demand for leisure and fitness.Study the rationality of the construction and management of the urban wetland park at present,and guide the recreational people to use the Urban Wetland Park efficiently through a humanized and scientific way.The improvement of the quality of recreational experience plays a significant role in the sustainable development of the wetland park.In this context,it is a necessary way for the development of Wetland Park to meet people’s leisure activities and optimize the protection and design of the natural environment.This paper takes Mianyang Xiaojian Wetland Park as an example for investigation and research.Based on the construction method of the recreational opportunity spectrum,this paper selects the factors with core value of the Urban Wetland Park,adjusts and optimizes various evaluation parameters,establishes a scientific recreational opportunity spectrum(ROS),quantifies different environmental types,formulates a list of recreational activities,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the Wetland Park in infrastructure,management system,cultural activities According to the dynamic change law of the four aspects of the ecological environment,establish a dynamic sightseeing system,and finally put forward the corresponding optimization design scheme for each environmental type,so as to provide scientific support for the comprehensive development of the urban wetland park.The article consists of six parts.The first chapter puts forward the purpose and significance of this study from the research background,summarizes the research on the recreational opportunity spectrum at home and abroad,and puts forward the main research content,research ideas and framework on the basis of data investigation;The second chapter summarizes the natural environment characteristics and tourism characteristics of Xiaojian Wetland Park,and clearly describes the state of Xiaojian Wetland Park from the characteristics of natural resource types,tourism paths,tourism tracks and travel chains in the context of time and space;The third chapter constructs the recreation opportunity pedigree of Xiaojian Wetland Park,and provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic tourism planning system and design optimization through its feature analysis;The fourth chapter establishes a dynamic tourism planning system based on the principle of dynamic tourism planning,which provides tourists with high-quality recreation experience and humanized recreation guidance,and allocates more optimized resources and efficient management mode for managers;Feedback real-time evaluation for planners and take optimization measures immediately;Based on the recreation opportunity spectrum and the dynamic tourism planning system,the fifth chapter forms four optimization design strategies: ecological recreation,landscape recreation,facility recreation and commercial life recreation,and selects local areas for design optimization according to these four environmental types.In terms of tourism planning methods,it also provides effective reference measures for other similar wetland parks.The sixth chapter summarizes this paper,and puts forward the problems and prospects.
