Supply Chain Finance On Working Capital Management Efficiency Impact Study ——The Case Of YT Company

Working capital accounts for a large part of a company’s total capital and is an important factor influencing corporate financial management.The rapid development of supply chain financing has brought new development directions to the working capital management of Chinese enterprises,preventing the development of enterprises from being restricted by lack of funds,prompting enterprises to improve the efficiency of working capital management,integrating and improving the relationship with upstream and downstream,which is conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.In the process of the continuous development of supply chain financing,the state has issued corresponding policies to support the targeted financing of core enterprises,which has improved the enterprises’ financing capacity and liquidity management of funds.As a core area of economic development,the manufacturing industry is constantly improving its corporate management around the dynamic development of the supply chain.So,what are the business processes of supply chain financing? What are the main working capital management efficiencies of core supply chain financing companies? What impact does supply chain financing have on the working capital management efficiency of core enterprises?In response to the above problems,this article selects YT,the core company of supply chain financing,as the case object to conduct research.YT Company is a leading enterprise in the new energy bus manufacturing industry.Specifically,this article first explains why this topic is selected,and introduces the significance of this research,and then through reading and sorting out related documents,designing the research idea map of this article,introducing the research methods and content of this article;secondly,sorting out related concepts and basic theories related to supply chain financing and working capital management,introduced the supply chain financing business model,working capital management efficiency evaluation indicators,and relevant national policy backgrounds;Thirdly,using the case study method,the current situation of YT’s working capital was analysed in the context of YT’s profile and YT’s supply chain financing business model;Fourthly,the working capital data of YT’s operational activities were collected,and the impact of supply chain financing on the efficiency of working capital management was analysed from the upstream supply,midstream production and downstream sales segments respectively,and corresponding improvement measures were put forward to YT’s important working capital in the supply chain financing segment.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are summarised and relevant countermeasures are proposed,and the outlook of this paper is also presented.Through research,this article draws the following main research conclusions: For the overall business activities,the rational use of commercial credit for financing is very important,and attention should be paid to the management of commercial credit in each link;for supply chain financing cooperation,cooperation with upstream suppliers,and compete with upstream and downstream customers to integrate internal value-added process.At the same time,YT,the core enterprise of supply chain financing,puts forward relevant countermeasures: make full use of supply chain financing to improve the efficiency of working capital management;for production link,the active initiative of employees should be fully mobilized;and for sales link,the accounts receivable management level should be improved.This article also has shortcomings: it has not studied the impact of supply chain financing on the efficiency of working capital management for small and medium-sized enterprises or other industries.
