Research On Working Capital Management Of Company B Based On Supply Chain Perspective

To maintain normal operations,an enterprise must have an appropriate amount of working capital.The working capital is the basis for the normal operation of the enterprise.However,working capital covers a wide range of factors and there are many unstable factors.In an unpredictable competitive environment,to improve the overall coordination and risk resistance of enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the management of corporate working capital.In recent years,the speed of China’s national economic development has gradually slowed down,and the overall macroeconomic development has been sluggish.At the same time,for construction companies,the national policy of slowing down fixed asset investment has also seriously affected the development of the industry.In the face of fierce market competition,construction companies must strive to improve their management level and strengthen the management of the capital chain,especially to strengthen the management of relatively weak working capital.With the development of modern enterprise management,traditional working capital management is difficult to cope with the complex and volatile market environment.Instead,it is a new management model that combines advanced management concepts such as supply chain management with working capital management.This paper analyzes the research situation of Company B as a case study,diagnoses the management status of Company B’s working capital,finds out the problem of capital operation of Company B in the operation process,and finds out the cause of the problem,and proposes optimization.The countermeasures aim to improve the profitability and risk resistance of Company B.This paper first describes the current situation of B’s working capital management.Secondly,it reclassifies B’s working capital projects based on the supply chain perspective,and then analyzes the performance indicators of each supply chain to find out the working capital of Company B.Management problems,find the root cause and find out the cause of the problem.Finally,from the perspective of supply chain management,we propose an optimization strategy to effectively solve the problem.
