With the introduction of policies such as "double carbon" goal and "double control of energy consumption",increasing the construction of clean and efficient power consumption system in the power industry is put on the research agenda.At present,the conventional means of new energy consumption in Northwest China are basically exhausted,but the grid connection proportion of new energy generating units is still further increasing.Therefore,the problem of new energy consumption will continue to haunt the clean dispatching of Northwest networks,provinces and cities in the future.In order to solve the problem of new energy consumption,this paper starts from the load side,takes the elastic load resources on the load side as a market-oriented product,guides the load side to respond and track the fluctuation of new energy power generation on the power generation side through the market,reduces the power cost and suppresses the fluctuation of new energy output.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects,including:1)Under the background of "double carbon",the challenge of grid connection scale and full consumption of new energy is huge.Aiming at a larger proportion of consumption and suppression of new energy,the adjustable load resources on the load side are analyzed and studied.2)According to the classification results of load elastic resources,the response load adjustment mode of participating in the regulation response and tracking the fluctuation of new energy on the generation side is modeled and analyzed,so as to provide support for the subsequent aggregation of elastic load resources through aggregators to participate in the regulation response.3)The aggregator is introduced as the trading agent of a large number of low-power load side market subjects,and the load elastic resources of the load side market subjects are aggregated through the load aggregator to form an elastic resource that can track the fluctuation of new energy power generation.In this paper,the elastic load resources of power users are aggregated layer by layer and managed in zones,so as to improve the efficiency of regulation and management of elastic load resources.4)Design the flexible electricity price that can be coupled with the unbalanced power of the power grid in real time,guide the market participants to actively follow the unbalanced power of the power grid and adjust their own power consumption;Combined with the market mechanism and rules of auxiliary services,improve and optimize the trading mode of load side elastic load resource regulation response and the research on the connection mode of real-time power trading in the spot market;According to the flexible electricity price and trading mechanism designed in this paper,a revenue analysis model is proposed to analyze and evaluate the revenue and social benefits of the market participating in power trading.At the same time,combined with the market mechanism and rules of auxiliary services,improve the research on the transaction mode of optimizing the response of elastic load resource regulation on the load side and the connection mode of real-time power transaction in the spot market,so as to provide reference for subsequent applications;In addition,according to the income analysis model design of regulation responelectricity transaction elastic price and transaction mechanism designed in this paper,the se is proposed to analyze and evaluate the income and social benefits of the market participating in electricity transaction,so as to provide guidance and research direction for the follow-up guidance of elastic resources participating in regulation response transaction.5)According to the modeling and transaction proposed above,combined with the case and simulation data,the flexible electricity price and transaction benefits are quantitatively analyzed and discussed respectively,and the benefits of load side market subjects and environmental protection benefits responding to the regulation demand are analyzed in combination with the actual possible response implementation.
