The proposal of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality " goal promotes the construction of new-type power system.Under this background,a high proportion of renewable energy is connected to the grid,and its intermittently and fluctuating output puts forward higher requirements for the safe and reliable supply of electricity.It usually relies on the regulation ability of flexible resources on the power supply side and the power grid side under the traditional dispatching mode,which cannont effectively support the construction of a new-type power system anymore.The effective solution to this problem is to integrate the abundant and diversified flexible resources of the load side into the power grid operation system and promote the transformation of the power system to the "power-load interaction" mode.And with the improvement of the construction of the electricity market system,the new market situation gives the load side the right to participate in the market transaction,the load side flexible resources will occupy an important position in the electricity market system.How to make effective use of massive and dispersed load resources and guide the load side to actively participate in power grid regulation is a key issue that needs to be studied.This paper takes load aggregator as the research object,guides load side end users to participate in market transactions based on load aggregators,and conducts in-depth research on load aggregators’ participation in multi-market transactions.First of all,combined with the operation characteristics of the new-type power system and the development trend of the domestic power market,this paper designed the market operation structure of "dispatching center+ trading center+load response center",which takes the load response center as the market connection mechanism facing the load side,and established the multi-stage market interaction mode of source and load based on the participation of load aggregators.Secondly,this paper analyzes the operation mode of load aggregator under the new market system from the perspective of the business interaction between load aggregators and the grid layer and the user layer,and establishes the aggregation model of various resources according to the operation and regulation characteristics of load aggregator’s aggregated resources.Thirdly,this paper considers the participation of load aggregator in the energy market and auxiliary service market,and establishes a combination model of multi-market collaborative trading for load aggregator,which includes load aggregator’s bidding model and the joint clearing model of the energy market and auxiliary service market.The above model is linearized by using KKT condition and duality theory.Finally,a numerical example is used for verification analysis.In order to analyze the economy and effectiveness of load aggregator’s participation in multiple markets,this paper set up four different schemes in the example,and the market clearing price,load aggregator’s operation plan,system operating cost and load aggregator’s economic benefits under each scheme are compared and analyzed.The results show that load aggregator participates in multiple market transactions of energy market and auxiliary service market,which can increase load aggregator’s economic benefits,reduce the system operation cost,and bring better economy and scheduling flexibility to the power system operation.
