With the deepening of the reform process of electricity marketization,the problems such as the imbalance of supply and demand and the abuse of market power in the current unilateral power generation market are becoming more and more obvious.Load-side resources participate in the market through demand response.On the one hand,it can alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand and improve the flexibility,safety and stability of the power system.On the other hand,it can avoid the problems of peak electricity prices and market power abuse caused by unilateral pricing of power generation.At present,the relevant policies of power demand side management have been introduced one after another,which urgently requires the innovation of the demand response market mechanism and the implementation of the trading platform.Therefore,based on the business needs of introducing demand response in the electricity spot market,this paper studies the market implementation mechanism and information trading system of demand response.The specific work is as follows:(1)Considering the introduction of incentive demand response into the unilateral spot market of power generation,a spot market structure with the participation of load-side resources is proposed.Considering the game pattern formed by multiple market players,a minimum efficiency loss incentive demand based on Stackelberg equilibrium analysis is established.The response model,in which the market efficiency loss ratio is designed as the top-level objective function.The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified by 3-node and 118-node networks.This mechanism can gradually introduce load-side participation elements in a planned and step-by-step electricity spot market with one-sided bidding,and realize the demand response incentive strength design with the lowest overall efficiency loss in the market.(2)For the power demand response trading system for multi-agent users,a solution is proposed from the aspect of system access control.The access control includes authority management and identity authentication and authentication when accessing system resources,which is implemented based on RBAC in authority management.User management,role management and resource management are implemented to realize the flexible creation and distribution of permissions by system administrators.The access control module implemented by JWT+Spring Security+Redis improves the security of system resource access.The realized access control module,as the middle and background management module of the power demand response trading system,supports the orderly development of demand response trading and ensures that the market data in the system is not accessed unauthorizedly.(3)The power demand response trading system is designed and implemented based on Java Web technology,which supports the actual development of demand response business.The core functions implemented by the power demand response trading system include login and registration,load user file management,transaction functions,results and bill viewing,response effect evaluation and market power supervision,and implements the authority management module in the middle and back offices,so that the system administrator can perform authority manage.In view of the situation that a large number of users may respond to the declaration in the same time period during the transaction declaration period,Nginx load balancing and Redis cluster configuration are adopted at the application level to ensure the high availability and security of the system under high concurrent access.
