| Improving the industrial eco-efficiency of resource-based cities and promoting the green development of resource-based cities has gradually become an important topic in economic geography and regional economics.As the leading and demonstration of the transformation and development of resource-based cities,exploring the heterogeneity characteristics and influencing factors of industrial ecological efficiency of renewable resource-based cities has important theoretical value for promoting the coordinated development of economy and environment of resource-based cities,and also has a reference and demonstration role for the sustainable development of other types of resource-based cities.In this study,from the perspective of input-output analysis,comprehensive use of system analysis,spatial analysis,mathematical modeling and other methods,to carry out research on heterogeneity,influencing factors and regulatory approaches of industrial ecological efficiency of renewable resource-based cities.The results show as follows:(1)This paper studies the heterogeneity of industrial ecological efficiency of renewable resource-based cities in China.From 2000 to 2017,the industrial ecological efficiency of renewable resource-based cities in China was generally high,and showed a fluctuating upward trend,but the absolute and relative differences of industrial ecological efficiency between cities tended to decrease.From the perspective of geographical location,the industrial ecological efficiency of renewable resource-based cities generally presents the differentiation pattern of east > northeast >middle > west;from the perspective of city scale,it presents the differentiation pattern of big city >medium city > small city;from the perspective of resource type,it presents the type differentiation pattern of energy city > non-metal city > comprehensive city > metal city > forest industry city.(2)It reveals the heterogeneity of total factor productivity in China’s renewable resource-based cities.From 2000 to 2017,the TFP index of renewable resource-based cities showed a general trend of volatility,and the change of technological progress during the research period was basically consistent with its trend.There are differences in the change of TFP in different dimensions of renewable resource-based cities.The effects of technological progress change,pure technological efficiency change and scale efficiency change on TFP change are heterogeneous in different dimensions of renewable resource-based cities.(3)The heterogeneity of the relationship between industrial eco-efficiency and industrial structure in China’s renewable resource-based cities is discussed.From 2000 to 2017,the evolution of industrial ecological efficiency in China’s renewable resource-based cities is basically consistent with the changes of industrial structure characteristics and the composition of leading industries.The industrial eco-efficiency of renewable resource-based cities has a negative correlation with the proportion of output value of resource intensive industries,and a positive correlation with the proportion of output value of capital technology intensive industries.The change of industrial ecological efficiency of renewable resource-based cities in China is positively affected by economic development stage,industrialization degree,technological progress,government regulation,environmental regulation,but the effect intensity is not high,while the industrial structure and opening-up are negative driving forces.Industrial eco-efficiency is the result of many factors,which have different effects on the promotion of industrial ecological efficiency in different geographical locations,different city sizes and different resource types. |
