| Virtual simulation is widely used in industrial,gaming and entertainment,education and other industry fields.In this paper,virtual visualization simulation is carried out in the field of intelligent manufacturing teaching based on the existing teaching-based intelligent manufacturing system.Through the use of virtual simulation technology,the virtual display of the main aspects of intelligent manufacturing is realized,which has an active role in product traceability,equipment layout optimization,process improvement and related education and teaching.The paper does research on the key technologies and software platforms involved in virtual simulation technology.The establishment and application expansion of visual simulation scenarios are carried out for the project of teaching-based intelligent manufacturing system,as follows.(1)Establish the development process and general framework of system simulation around the visualization goal of teaching-based intelligent manufacturing system.The study uses modeling software to model and assemble basic parts,and imports the models or assemblies into3 Dmax software for rendering to create simulation model solid objects.The unit model imported into Visual Components is adjusted with reference to the site equipment and layout to complete the process of building the layout of the teaching intelligent manufacturing system scene and to lay the foundation for the realization of the simulation scene model unit function.(2)Around the expected functional requirements of the teaching-based intelligent manufacturing system and the software platform features,the model components are structurally split and motion attributes are set,and they are bound and action associated with other model components through the interface and signal settings to achieve the required functional requirements.Through the instruction design of the model components,the functions of material in/out,AGV transportation,material processing,parts assembly,capacity statistics and display are realized.(3)The research integrates Visual Components simulation software and CODESYS programming software through OPC UA communication protocol,and proposes a method to create "variable pairs" for data exchange to realize online virtual debugging of PLC programs,overall visual design display of intelligent manufacturing system,data statistics of intelligent manufacturing system simulation scenarios and display of equipment status information.system simulation scenes and equipment status information display.In terms of communication between the simulation scenes and the external world,the software-related settings and function block editing method are used to realize the connection between the simulation scenes data of the teaching-type intelligent manufacturing system and the MES system.At the level of MES system,the display of relevant data information can be carried out.(4)The paper carries out modular design and overall testing for the simulation scenario,solves and optimizes the problems that arise in the simulation process,exports the simulation scenario operation data and exports the overall layout,completes the requirements for simulating the production and processing of the intelligent manufacturing system,and realizes the effect of visual simulation of the teaching-type intelligent manufacturing system. |
