| As more and more long-span bridges are built in our country, more and more modular bridge joint systems are used. Although modular bridge joint systems are widely used, various diseases seriously affect the safety of the bridge and road.Based on worldwide investigation and study of modular bridge joint systems and the supply of modular bridge joint systems of Shanxi Lin-Ji highway, the research of modular bridge joint systems of selection, design, manufacture, installation and maintenance is done. The principles of various methods to improve product quality and performance and various measures to prevent the diseases are put forward.The factors are analysed and calculation method of bridge movement is studied in this paper. A kind of calculation method is put forward, which is suitable for domestic engineering practice and feasible. The article also puts forward that durability, water proofing property, construction, maintainability and efficiency should be paid attention to for the selection of modular bridge joint systems.In Shanxi Lin-Ji highway project as an example, the specific requirements of the product design and manufacturing of modular bridge joint systems are put forward. The strength check method and the processing technology are put forward, which are suitable for domestic projects.The article summarizes the specific requirements of installation and puts forward the treatment method of the various details. In addition the targeted measures of maintenance are put forward and periodic inspection contents are summarized. The above can effectively prevent modular bridge joint systems from various diseases of installation and maintenance. |
