In the era of rapid economic development,increasing progress in science and technology and gradual globalization of information,urban modernism and "cultural hegemony" have caused great impact and continuous changes to human living environment.The original regional characteristics and cultural richness have slowly disappeared in the city.In the process of industrialization,with the continuous inter industry adjustment and reform all over the world,a large number of abandoned buildings and structures have also appeared in many old industrial cities,which has a great impact on the future development of the city.At this time,the theoretical research and practice of the renewal and transformation of industrial heritage landscape have participated in the role of compression and buffer to a great extent,Let mankind find a suitable way out in the fuzzy social identity and sense of urban belonging.This paper mainly combs the practical and theoretical development process and protection status of industrial heritage landscape renewal at home and abroad.On the basis of its research,this paper analyzes the definition,form composition,principles and design mode of industrial heritage landscape renewal,and summarizes four renewal strategies and methods: the coexistence and complementarity of new and old,the restoration and reprocessing of ecological environment Regeneration and replacement of site functions,endowing and transformation of industrial culture.Then,the interdisciplinary research method,literature analysis method,field investigation method and other research methods are comprehensively used to study the development history,landscape status and characteristics,site problems and the necessity of regional development of Tianjin Meiya automobile factory.Finally,according to the analyzed design strategy and industrial heritage landscape renewal principle,the characteristics of the base are divided into four modules: participatory module Expansibility module,relevance module and circulation module.In general,based on the industrial development context and industrial element symbols of the site itself,strengthen the renewal of industrial heritage landscape and the redefinition of building facade,increase different functional areas,deepen the structural relationship between space and site,give full play to the comprehensive function of multi linkage,and continue and enhance the vitality and vitality of Meiya automobile factory.This paper is expected to make a useful reference value for the sustainable development of industrial heritage landscape transformation and renewal,and deepen the focus and attention of industrial heritage protection.
