| With the rapid development of economy,the number of cars has increased sharply.Facing the lack of road resources,the city has become more and more crowded.Parking has become a major problem hindering urban development.The rapid growth of vehicle ownership has made it more difficult to drive and park in the city,affecting the operation efficiency of the city and the happiness of residents.In order to solve the problems related to parking management,City a has started the work related to parking management efficiency for intelligent improvement.The current situation of parking management in city a mainly includes prominent parking problems,rising management costs,low efficiency,non interoperability of parking information,low data application level,no way to start intelligent investment,and unclear requirements for intelligent management oriented system.According to the literature review,this paper analyzes the relevant applications of intelligent parking management in relevant cities at home and abroad,conducts a questionnaire survey on the relevant elements of the current situation of intelligent parking management in city a from the four dimensions of public service,unified networking,parking management and it management,and makes a quantitative Analysis on the relevant survey results by using statistical tools,so as to obtain the standards of resource coordination,networking Problems and deficiencies in parking guidance,big data capability,parking service,billing mode and it resource management.The parking data is growing by more than30 tb every year,and the management center needs to access tens of thousands of basic data such as parking lots and parking spaces in the future.Among them,the video data needs to be virtualized and large-scale integrated storage and calculation;Picture data needs high availability and scalability to ensure its cross departmental exchange and sharing;Transaction data needs to be flexible,reliable and real-time.Therefore,combined with the relevant characteristics of cloud computing and big data,according to the success model of D&M information system,this paper analyzes the requirements of management oriented intelligent system,establishes the overall framework of data center and management center based on cloud,analyzes the intelligent network deployment and application end respectively,and puts forward the design of management oriented intelligent special network and application terminal module.The design effectiveness is compared.From the cost reduction,efficiency increase and actual operation data indicators,the IT equipment management cost of the parking operation company is reduced by 25.75%,avoiding the blindness of intelligent investment.The efficiency of parking management is significantly improved,and the monthly average traffic flow and turnover rate data before and after are significantly increased.Through the comparison and verification of the two questionnaires before and after,the application excellence of the indicator items with poor original application has been significantly improved after the intelligent improvement design.Therefore,the framework scheme design of management intelligent parking system for city a is feasible and effective. |
