In order to solve the parking problem,institutional and communal parking lots are share amongst to society.In addition to sharing resources,there is a proposition for an intelligent,informatized and refined parking management.This thesis builds from the fundamental requirements of the intelligent parking system and important technical components to tackle the targeted requirements of an intelligent parking system in XX college.The developmental process comprises system framework design,hardware support integration,management application design,WeChat public account application development and project deployment to provide an efficient parking management support tool.The thesis first analyzes the developmental status and trend of informatized parking management in both domestic and international settings.It also explores the overall system design and provides a discussion on the software and hardware structure and its basic functions.There is a comprehensive analysis of the basic principles and the technical scheme of the parking management system directed towards the application requirements for parking management in XX college.Moreover,a description of various key algorithms such as license plate recognition,vacant lot indicator and reverse vehicle searching.According to the overall design and requirements,appropriate components including entrance and exit sensor,license plate recognition,intelligent barriers and information display are selected in the investigation while hardware system integration are implemented through fieldbus.The thesis mainly described the system software in detail,which consists of parking lot node controller software,management system software,and WeChat public account application software.The node controller obtains information from entering and exiting vehicles and available parking space,uploads to the management center and generates an analysis result to control the movement of the barrier.Based on the SQL Server database,ADO.NET components,and C / S model,the system management software structural setup has been developed with intelligent functions including vehicle information,parking space,ticketing and data report management.The realistic needs of car owners are met with functional components such as data information sharing,WeChat public account service technology,mobile terminal parking reservation,self‐service payment,parking guidance,reverse car search.The system is then simulated and reviewed.
