The current parking lot management system exists the problems as low level of integration,low efficiency of entrance and export,slow access speed of free parking lots,being lack of vehicle anti-theft function and being short of Internet interface,etc.In view of these,this paper studies and designs a kind of intelligent parking lot management system consisting of the online cloud management subsystem and the offline local parking lot management system.Among them,the offline system includes the intelligent parking lot management control terminal,gateway management subsystem,parking identification subsystem,parking state control subsystem,and parking guidance subsystem.As the offline control core of the parking lot system,control terminal combining with the gateway management subsystem manages the vehicles' in and out,and collects the information about the vehicles and their charges to upload to the cloud.The vehicles could realize the function of intelligent paying,thus passing quickly through appearance without waiting.Meanwhile,control terminal combining with the parking guidance subsystem could realize real-time guide of parking,and combining with parking identification subsystem could real-time analysis the parking information,realizing the real-time monitoring of parking,the vehicle anti-theft,and parking reservation function.Moreover,combining with the parking status control subsystem,it could real-time control parking state,realizing the functions of reverse search of car and the parking reservation,etc.The online system is intelligent parking lot cloud management platform.It can interact with the user terminal information,and combine with the offline subsystem to realize the real-time monitoring,remote configuration,smart pay cost,parking reservation,reverse car,and vehicle anti-theft of the parking lot,etc.At the same time,the intelligent parking lot cloud management platform can simultaneously manage a few parking lots,implementing multiple resources sharing of multiple parking lots.The main hardware devices of the intelligent parking system include the management control terminal,the post terminal,the parking terminal identification terminal,the parking position control terminal and the parking guidance node controller.These devices are developed based on embedded Linux system,possessing stably efficient performance and high security.The real-time information among these devices in terms of control commands,vehicle information,payment amount and parking status etc.is transferred through wired networks.The intelligent parking lot system could collect and share the Internet between "the vehicle" and "the parking",realize the cloud management of parking lot,provide convenience for managers and users,and increase the intelligent and informationization degree of parking lot.In such a way,the original artificial processing problems could be dealt with intelligence equipment.Owners can use all kinds of guiding devices to find parking places and take cars quickly and easily,not only saving a lot of time and labor costs,but also ensuring the various data timely,accurate,and effective.The economic and social benefits are obviously elevated.
