Research On The Dynamic Credit Evaluation System Of Engineering Cost Practitioners

With the acceleration of the construction of the social credit system,a credit evaluation system is gradually being established in the field of construction market enterprises.Although scholars have conducted research on the personnel side,a complete credit evaluation system for construction market practitioners has not yet been formed.As one of the many stakeholders in the construction market,engineering cost practitioners play an important role in the development of the construction industry and their credit construction is of great significance to the overall development of the industry.Constructing a dynamic credit evaluation system for engineering cost practitioners,on the one hand,provides construction engineering companies with a basis for selecting and appointing personnel,on the other hand,it makes full use of the existing discrete point-like historical credit evaluation values to analyze the development trend of the credit development of engineering cost practitioners and promote the high-quality development of the industry.This paper takes "the dynamic evaluation system for the credit of engineering cost practitioners" as the research theme.It aims to construct a set of index systems and models that can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the credit level of engineering cost practitioners.The specific research content is as follows.First of all,it summarizes the research results related to the credit evaluation of the engineering cost practitioners and has a deep understanding of the research status and progress at home and abroad.At the same time,it distinguishes the connotation of credit and honesty and defines the connotation of the credit of the engineering cost practitioners on the basis of clarifying the connotation of credit.Secondly,through text mining,literature analysis and other methods,an indicator system including four dimensions of personal basic information,practice credit,social credit history,and credit environment with a total of 20 indicators is constructed.The rationality of the indicator system is determined through two rounds of questionnaire surveys.Thirdly,using the best worst method to determine the index weight,combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and introducing the time degree obtains the credit dynamic evaluation model of the engineering cost practitioners in a certain evaluation period.In order to achieve multi-stage credit information aggregation and better play the incentive and guiding role of credit evaluation,the dual incentive control line is then introduced to construct a dynamic evaluation model for the credit of engineering cost practitioners based on the dual incentive control line.Finally,the method of empirical analysis is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the credit dynamic evaluation model for engineering cost practitioners and corresponding application suggestions are put forward based on the analysis of the evaluation results.In this paper,the research on the dynamic credit evaluation of engineering cost practitioners can make up for the lack of static credit evaluation to a certain extent.The introduction of dual incentive mechanism can better distinguish the credit status among staff,thereby promoting the sound development of staff credit.
