The informatization,digitization and intelligentization of high-speed railway safety work are the key research directions of modern railway safety.In terms of design,training and verification,there are three main challenges in the traditional EMU emergency disposal plan:firstly,the lack of occasions where the training and verification for the plan could be conducted;secondly,the relatively high cost of plan training and verification;thirdly,the reduced service life of equipment and potential security concerns resulted from repeated operation of equipment in plan training and verification.By virtue of the economical and secure properties,virtual simulation technology has a wide range of applications in the region of informatization,digitization and intelligentization of railway safety operation and maintenance.Due to the strong coupling relationship between the operation sequence of the EMU emergency disposal plan process,it is difficult for the conventional virtual simulation technology to quickly build complex operation process and adapt to the ever-changing requirements for the iteration of plans because of its insufficient stability and maintainability.Based on the iteration idea of “plan design-simulation training-verification and evaluation-plan optimization”,a set of system has been proposed for virtual training and verification of EMU emergency disposal plan.With flexibility and expansibility,this system can not only meet the requirements of existing plan design process,but also fully display plan details in the process of virtual training as well as verification and achieve a certain degree of functional decoupling so as to adapt to the dynamically updated modification requirements and realize optimized iteration of plan design.In this thesis,the requirements of EMU emergency disposal plan training and verification from on-board machinists are investigated in detail,and the system function and case design are carried out according to their requirements.The implementation of the virtual training and verification system is also discussed in detail from the four perspectives of network architecture,hierarchical architecture,software architecture and overall framework.The system is divided into three modules,namely plan generation,plan training and plan verification.On the basis of system function and architecture design,the technical route of training and verification for plan design has been proposed in the thesis,and the development tools required for the system have been compared and selected.In order to devise a better virtual simulation system,this thesis mainly adopts two core technologies: 1)High precision 3D model construction and rendering.By analyzing the equipment structure of the EMU,the Polygon modeling method is used to construct the required three-dimensional model,and the UV texture coordinate system is introduced to establish the mapping relationship between the model and the texture.Based on the PBR technology,the constructed three-dimensional model is mapped and rendered from the three attributes of albedo,metallic and normal,so that high precision virtual simulation is realized.2)Interaction-friendly human-computer interaction design.Systematic interaction interface is designed with the help of interface editors and graphic design software.In accordance with the interaction requirements,a set of gesture language is designed based on the PC side,and gesture tracking technology is employed to realize the interactive functions.Finally,with combination of the constructed 3D model library and the designed humancomputer interaction interface,the system function is realized by Unity3 D.The plan generation module puts forward the division mechanism of micro-element events which disassembles,induces and classifies the EMU emergency disposal plan so as to realize the function of plan generation by virtue of free recombination of the divided micro-element events.By constructing the coding logic of interactive operation,the plan training module transmits the operation information in the user training process to the system backstage within which the interactive operation judgment is realized.The plan verification module evaluate effectiveness and rationality of the user training plan from the four attributes of exercise results,exercise duration,error frequency and exercise score so that the iterative optimization of the preliminary design plan could be carried out in accordance with the irregularly updated emergency disposal manual through the combination of the objective exercise data and the subjective feedback of the verifier.This system has validated its usability and user-friendliness in the three-wheel virtual simulation training of the EMU depot of Chengdu Railway Administration,and effectively implemented the iterative process of “plan design-simulation training-verification and evaluation-plan optimization”.It could help on-board machinists get familiar with and master the content of the EMU emergency disposal plan and improve the training efficiency and technical level.
