Abstract/Summary:
Previous researches on the influencing factors of passengers’ route choice behavior mainly relied on traditional survey data. However, with the acceleration of urbanization, traditional survey data are increasingly unable to meet the needs. With the wide application of the intelligent transit system, the emergence of a large number of intelligent data provides a larger number of data with strong continuity for the study of route chioce behavior of passenegers.Based on the data from the intelligent transit system, this paper will study the route selection behavior of passengers about whether to choose transfer path.In terms of basic data preparation, this paper follows and develops previous studies on the calculation of boarding and alighting stations and transfer identification based on intelligent bus data.It uses the intelligent bus data to calculate the OD of passengers in the A City, and calculates a total of 56,259,833 complete bus trips with complete travel information, and the transfer ratio is 1.254.Then,following the previous methods, this paper uses MLP(5),MLP(5)and CART to calculate the travel purpose of passengers with ordinary card, senior card and student card respectively. In order to study the route choice behavior of passengers, this paper extracted the trip data with both direct route and transfer route as the research object,a total of 5,243,974 trips, student card, senior card and ordinary card holders accounted for 4.01%,7.33% and 88.66%of these trips respectively. The regular variety of ratio of choosing transfer paths is found in different value of travel time of alternative paths, passenger travel frequency,OD Euclidean distance, travel purpose among the workdays or weekends. On this basis, this paper uses Boltzmann function to respectively fit the relationship between passenger travel frequency and transfer ratio,OD Euclidean distance and transfer ratio. Then the fitting results are deformed and the passenger familiarity function and travel distance perception function are defined. The stability analysis of passenger familiarity and travel distance perception function is also carried out,and it is found that these two functions have certain similarity respectively.According to the passenger’s familiarity function and the travel distance perception function, this paper calculates the passenger’s familiarity to the road network and the travel distance perception.Based on the Logit model, this paper introduced three factors, namely familiarity, travel distance perception and travel purpose, into the model considering only path attributes. The fitting results show that the three newly introduced variables above have a significant impact on passengers’ route choice.Based on the influencing factor model of passenger route choice, this paper defines the transfer penalty function about passenger travel frequency,OD Euclidean distance and travel purpose. The results show that the transfer penalty function for passenger has a certain stability.
