The detection of static track irregularity is an important part of ensuring the safety of railway transportation.Track static irregularity detection items include gauge,level,superelevation,left and right strand height,left and right strand trajectory,gauge change rate and triangle pit.With the rapid development of my country’s railway construction,the task of track inspection is increasing day by day.The public works section can only be inspected during the night skylight hours,the inspection time is short,and field operations are required,the light is insufficient,and the working environment is harsh.At present,the gauge ruler is widely used in the railway field in our country for track gauge and level detection.The detection efficiency is low and the work intensity is high.Track inspection instruments are used in some construction sections.The track checker uses a contact type displacement sensor to measure the distance.The wear of the measuring head will cause the gauge measurement value to be too large,and the orbital gyroscope is used to compensate the gauge measurement value.The horizontal inclinometer is used in conjunction with the high and low gyroscope to detect the ultra-high level,and the accuracy of the horizontal inclinometer is low during dynamic measurement.In order to improve the detection efficiency of the static irregularity of the railway line,based on the relevant requirements of the static irregularity detection of the railway line,this paper designs and manufactures a set of dynamic detection system for the static irregularity of the track by using a design method combining software and hardware.The system can more efficiently and accurately detect the gauge,level and superelevation of straight rails,turnouts and regulators.At the same time,it can use the gauge and level values to calculate the gauge change rate and the triangular pit value.The track static irregularity dynamic detection system is installed on the self-designed and manufactured track inspection car,equipped with sensors and PC to carry out the detection task.The hardware part of the detection system uses three high-precision laser displacement sensors.After geometric calculations,the heading angle of the track inspection car relative to the track centerline can be obtained,which is used to correct the deviation of the gauge measurement.The left and right strands of the track are not level,which will cause the rail inspection car beam to tilt.Therefore,a high-precision inclinometer is installed on the rail inspection car beam to measure the inclination angle of the rail inspection car beam to calculate the level and superelevation value.Use an incremental quadrature encoder to record the detection position.Write the lower computer program to establish serial communication with the sensor to read sensor data,and establish serial communication with the upper computer program to upload sensor data and receive instructions from the upper computer.The upper computer program is divided into three detection modules: straight rail,switch and regulator.The upper computer program has the functions of equipment detection,parameter calibration,dynamic drawing,over-limit warning,overrun editing,reporing generation and so on.The gauge detection range is between 1410~1470mm,and the difference between the measurement data of the 0-level gauge ruler used in the railway field is ≤0.5mm.The horizontal detection range is between-200mm~200mm,and the difference between the data of the 0-level gauge ruler is ≤0.3mm.The detection system has been tested on site in the overhaul section of the large-scale road maintenance machinery of the Chengdu Railway Bureau.The host computer program is robust and easy to operate.The detection efficiency is much higher than the gauge ruler,and at the same time it reduces the labor intensity of the inspectors.The inspection report can be automatically formed,which is convenient for the digital management and analysis of the track status.
