Track Random Irregularity is a vibration of the vehicle to generate major external stimulus, Track Partial Irregularity will cause a strong transient vibration. Object of study is the Guangzhou Metro Line5linear motor vehicles, vehicles often travel during the run on the viaduct, the line will be the intersection type of track irregularity and uplift type of track irregularity.In this paper, the random track irregularity and track geometric irregularity is studied by numerical simulation,and I analyze the linear motor vehicle dynamic performance on intersection type of track irregularity excitationPaper first introduces the development of linear motor metro vehicles and related characteristics, track irregularity and track local irregularities were summarized. This article translate track irregularity from the frequency domain to the time domain,according to the discrete Fourier transform method,use MATLAB software to simulate the United States track spectrum of level5; while also simulated intersection type of track partial irregularity.Then get a combined sample made by track random irregularity and intersection type of track partial irregularity.When the metro vehicle is running,the combined sample can be a good reaction of track irregularities on piers.Simulation analysis application is multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK,set up the Guangzhou Metro Line5linear motor vehicles’s dynamics calculation model.First analysis the dynamic performance of vehicle, Simulation results showed that all the locomotive dynamic performance conformed to the GB5599-85《Railway Vehicles-Specification For Evaluation The Dynamic Performance And Accreditation Test》.Analysis of the vehicle vertical vibration sensitive frequency.Then analyze the linear motor vehicle dynamic performance on the combined sample.Analyzes the wheel/rail inter-atomic forces derailment coefficient, wheel weight ratio of load, the dynamic response of the frame and body under different wave number,calculation results show that: in straight lines,consider the track partial irregularity, vehicle dynamics indicators will deteriorate, the more serious deterioration in the dynamics of indicators with the more the wave number; the combined sample made by track random irregularity and intersection type of track partial irregularity,had the greatest influence to the wheel/rail inter-atomic forces,derailment coefficient, wheel weight ratio of load;to the frame in the second;the minimum impact on the vehicle body.Finally, under different track excitation,the influence of the motor suspension on dynamic performance are analyzed,calculation and comparison of two different motor suspension on the dynamic performance.
