The track detection is beginning after track layed, which is crucial one step to realize the best smoothness of the rail. First of all, track geometry data is collected by track surveying trolleys. When the track detection has been finished, a large amount of first-hand measured data of coordinates and elevation of right and left track detection points can be obtained. The real state of the track can be objectively reflected by those data. Then the irregularity of rail can be processed by the measured data through the method of the short and long wave irregularity. According to the results of irregularity, the rail can be adjusted. But different track surveying trolleys may export inconsistent data. Different ballastless track type and the construction method have also different surveying demand. Currently, the methods which are based on the stock rail for detecting the irregularity and the centerline deviations for precise adjustment of rail are widely used. GEDO CE is on the premise of making the stock rail smooth to adjust another rail based on the gauge/level. At this moment, the un-based rail irregularity entirely depends on combined infection of the stock rail and the gauge/level. This method is difficult to guarantee the smoothness of the un-based rail to meet the norm requirements.In order to solve the unreasonable problem that the irregularity of the stock rail is acceptable under all kinds of index but the irregularity of un-based rail is overrun, the irregularity of un-based rail also should be calculated. Therefore, the three-dimensional design coordinates of left and right rail are firstly calculated by the coordinates of railway centerline. And then, the lateral and vertical deviations of the measured points of the left and right rail can be calculated. Based on the lateral and vertical deviation of the left and right rail, the calculation formulas of the gauge deviation, super-elevation deviation, torsion deviation, irregularity of right and left rail, can be deduced At last, the calculation method is verified right by numerical of actual track detection data.According to the calculated models, the software of data processing of track static detection for high-speed railway has been finished. The irregularity of rail and its adjustment value can be calculated by this software. This software also has the functions, such as calculating track design coordinates, elevation and so on. It has verified that it can correctly obtain the irregularity parameters of the points of left and right rail which are detected located in same mileage. During the process of track precise adjustment, it has achieved to evaluate the irregularity of both rails. The results of experiments show that the calculation model of irregularity is correct and the software is effect and useful. Compare with the method of track precise adjustment which is based on the centerline deviation of the rail, the new method proposed in this thesis is more scientific and reasonable for applying to control the irregularity of rail alignment and rail profile deviation. And this new method which can come true the irregularity of both rail meet the norm, maybe the conclusion can provide some reference to guide the precise adjustment of track and maintain of the high-speed railway.
