With the development of high-speed railway technology in China,the running speed of the train becomes faster and faster,which has to put forward higher requirements for the accuracy of railway track measurement.However,at present,the approximate algorithm is widely used in the railway track measurement data processing software developed by most domestic manufacturers for the track detector to improve the calculation efficiency,but the approximate algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of the increasing running speed of the track train for higher ride comfort measurement accuracy.Based on the above problems,this thesis carries out the research on the related algorithms of railway track measurement data processing.Firstly,this thesis studies the relevant principles and algorithm structure of the preprocessing calculation of the railway alignment design documents provided by the design unit,mainly including: the through processing of the broken chain mileage,the calculation of the design parameters of the right parallel line,the conversion of the intersection type alignment design documents and the pile point type alignment design documents,the calculation of the mileage corresponding to the measured track points,the calculation of the design coordinates and design elevations of the track centerline points.In the research on the calculation of measured track point mileage,this thesis puts forward an idea of solving the measured track point mileage on the transition curve section by the subdivision approximating algorithm,which has clear physical meaning and is easy to understand.Then,this thesis discusses the calculation methods of various track geometric ride parameters,focusing on the calculation principles of approximate algorithm and rigorous algorithm for twist deviation,track direction ride and high-low ride,and puts forward the calculation method of fixed second detection chord mileage on the basis of medium and long wave track direction and high-low rigorous algorithm,The problem that the results of track direction and irregularity are inconsistent due to different starting points of line detection is solved.Then,in the calculation of Track Quality Index,the difference and applicability of calculating the standard deviation of each single irregularity parameter according to the calculation formula provided in the specification and the definition formula of standard deviation are compared and analyzed.Finally,this thesis develops the track measurement data processing system.The system can calculate track smoothness by either approximate algorithm or rigorous algorithm.Taking a section of measured track detection data as an example,this thesis compares and analyzes the differences between the approximate algorithm and the rigorous algorithm,and draws the following conclusions: 1)The difference between the two algorithms in calculating twist rail irregularity is very small,and most of them are less than 0.05mm;2)The difference between the two algorithms in calculating the short-wave,medium-wave and long-wave track alignment irregularity values is relatively large relative to their allowable values and cannot be ignored;3)The difference between the two algorithms in calculating the short-wave track longitudinal irregularity value is almost zero;4)The difference between the two algorithms in calculating the medium-and-long-wave track longitudinal irregularity values is relatively large relative to their allowable values and cannot be ignored.
