Study On The Space Mode And Design Of Independent Public Toilets In Chengdu Greenway

In recent years,with the construction of Park City in Chengdu,the urban greenway is expanding,and the construction of independent public toilets in the urban greenway is also increasing;The development of toilet revolution puts forward higher requirements for the construction of independent public toilets in Chengdu.Compared with other independent public toilets in the city,the independent public toilets of urban greenway are more complex in design.Not only landscape factors on greenway but also the connection relationship with the city should be considered;the flow and type of users are more complicated;the design difficulty is also higher.However,in the actual construction,due to the lack of relevant theoretical guidance,the independent public toilets only follow the national design standards,so that the construction can only meet the basic needs of the citizens,it is difficult to meet the various new needs of the citizens,and it is difficult to adapt to local conditions.For the study of the space mode and design strategy of the independent public toilets in Chengdu greenway.On the basis of consulting relevant cases,literature,national standards,design theory and the construction history of public toilets in Chengdu,the author conducts field research on the independent public toilets on Panda(Third Ring)Greenway and Pihewan Greenway in Chengdu.Based on the data collected from the survey,this paper summarizes the current situation of the construction of independent public toilets in Chengdu greenway.And based on the current situation of the construction of independent public toilets in urban greenway in Chengdu,this paper takes the architectural space mode as the starting point to further study the design strategy of the space,plane,facade and detail design of independent public toilets in urban greenway.And the future development direction of urban greenway independent public toilets is prospected.Finally,through participating in the design of the concept scheme and the actual project of the urban greenway independent public toilets,the author tests and applies the research strategy in practice.Hope to provide some reference for the future design practice and related research of urban greenway independent public toilets.
