Study On The Cost Management In The Construction Stage Of A Memorial Hall In Yan’an City

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the overall management level of China’s construction enterprises,enterprises have a growing demand for "low cost and high yield".Therefore,the cost management in the construction stage of engineering projects has gradually become the basic way for construction enterprises to create economic benefits,receiving more and more attention.The majority of construction enterprises have also begun to continuously devote themselves to the research of cost management in the construction stage of construction projects.It can be said that at present,the construction cost management theory is not advanced,the control means is simple,the management idea is backward,the research is not comprehensive and deep enough and so on the present situation seriously restricts the development of the construction project cost management in China.However,with the acceleration of China’s market economy reform,more and more construction enterprises are entering the international market.At the same time,a large number of overseas enterprises are entering China,and the competition in the global construction market is increasingly intensified.At this moment,to have and grasp more cost management is particularly critical and important achievements and experience.Taking a memorial museum project in yan ’an as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the cost management in actual production of this project,and focuses on solving five difficult problems in the cost management of this project:It is in to ensure that the bidding,bid price is not high,the profit space compression under the condition of narrow,cost control measures should be taken;Second,how to reverse the losssituation when the sub-item budget quota is lower than the cost price;Third,how to make use of the special weather factors such as winter construction and heavy rainstorms to create project benefits;Fourth,the management and control measures should be taken to deal with the high civilized construction cost caused by the inspection by leaders at all levels due to the project at any time.Fifth,how to strengthen control in the face of possible high-frequency changes.On the basis of fully considering the key and difficult points of project cost management mentioned above,this paper analyzes the cost control process of the project in detail by means of document analysis method,theory and practice combination method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method and other technical means.After the overall deployment of the project’s cost management,the formation and establishment of the cost management system,and the sorting and determination of the cost management process,the implementation path of key measures for the project’s cost control was strictly formulated.Effective cost management plan,through the formulation and strictly implement the system play a active role of secondary business planning scheme,make a claim in time,using the special method such as the supplementary quota to ensure the project proceeds,coupled with the cost control process of labor,materials,machinery fee,the subcontract works,cost control and contract,change,visa,claims management measures,such as the overall economic interests to control the project.Finally,this paper summarizes the cost control results in the construction stage of a memorial museum project in yan ’an,analyzes the shortcomings and causes of problems in the process of cost control,analyzes the overall effect of project management,explores effective control methods,and improves the cost management level in the construction stage.
