Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the rapid development of China’s economy has made people’s life rhythm faster and faster.The sharp increase in the number of private vehicles and public transportation has caused tremendous pressure on the operation and maintenance of urban road transportation networks.The high incidence rate of various types of traffic jams and accidents also puts forward higher requirements on the planning layout and overall design of urban transportation.Under this demand,viaducts have become the first choice for many large cities to disperse ground traffic flow and improve the three-dimensional construction level of the road network due to their high space utilization rate and low construction cost.However,China currently lacks skilled workers in urban road viaduct construction projects,and most construction companies are not familiar with urban road viaduct construction.Project construction methods and the existence of these problems,on the one hand,have affected the development of urban road viaduct construction projects.on the other hand,due to the frequent personnel flow and high local concentration in the construction of the viaduct project,the potential risk of various accidents is extremely big,and the high degree of cross-section in large-scale machine open-air operations makes it particularly difficult to prevent various risk factors.Therefore,the construction safety of urban road viaduct construction projects should be strengthened,and a more scientific and reasonable construction standard system and management system should be proposed.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)According to the basic idea of project service supply chain,this paper establishes a project service supply chain for urban viaduct project,points out the participants in the project construction service chain,and summarizes the current situation of safety risk control and the source of problems;(2)Based on the analysis of the project service supply chain,combined with the word cloud and semantic of viaduct project safety risk in social media,the risk points of different participants are determined.On this basis,the comprehensive index system of urban viaduct safety risk evaluation is constructed,and the index weight is determined through grey correlation analysis,and the evaluation is evaluated by gray weight treatment,combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established;(3)Based on the grey fuzzy evaluation system,a semi-structured survey method is designed to evaluate the safety risk level of a viaduct construction project in Wuhan.Combined with the actual situation and risk level of the project,the corresponding risk control direction and suggestions are given from seven aspects.
