| The current global competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Although China has established a relatively complete industrial chain.In 2010,China’s manufacturing output surpassed the United States for the first time and became one of the countries with the largest manufacturing output.However,while China’s manufacturing has benefited from the global economy,it has also encountered a series of problems have caused the status of China’s manufacturing industry to decline.Improving the efficiency of industrial design innovation has become the key to the development of industrial enterprises.Based on the research of relevant domestic literature,this paper constructs the industrial design innovation efficiency model of industrial enterprises considering the output lag period and conducts lagging research on the special equipment manufacturing industry.DEA is used.The analytical method analyzes the industrial design innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in H Province.At the same time,the DEA analysis method is used to analyze the industrial design innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in H Province.First,the indicator construction principle selects 5 input indicators and 7 output indicators to construct an evaluation index system for industrial design innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in H Province.Secondly,the multiple linear regression method is used to analyze the lag of industrial design innovation input in the special equipment manufacturing industry,and a general model for evaluating the efficiency of industrial design innovation of enterprises considering the lag period is established.Thirdly,the data envelopment analysis method is used as the main research method to conduct industrial design efficiency evaluation research on the industrial enterprises in H Province and JY Company,and find the problems existing in the industrial enterprises in H Province.Finally,it scientifically summarizes the existing problems in the industrial design innovation performance of industrial enterprises in H Province and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the industrial design innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises.The research results show that: First,the hysteresis of industrial design innovation investment is not significant among enterprises with little fluctuations in industrial design innovation investment and continuous investment.Second,the industrial design innovation of industrial enterprises in Province H has many problems such as the low conversion rate of industrial design innovation input,the lack of attention to the training and introduction of industrial design talents,and the large difference in the effect of industrial design on the efficiency of enterprises.Attach importance to personnel training,overall planning of corporate resources,and innovative industrial design methods to improve industrial design innovation performance. |
