With the upsurge of the intangible cultural heritage,the establishment of local characteristic-oriented cultural industry has become one of the important means of preserving and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage.The cultural industry project "Xiang home"("Xiang" initially stands for Hunan Province,and it is cultural creative for intangible cultural products,local handicrafts and special tourism products)is created originally for converting the intangible cultural heritage to the cultural industry of cultural and economic values,protecting its integrity,and boosting the local industry transformation and economy development so as to alleviate poverty with targeted efforts through participative design.The thesis introduces a design practice in electronic business platform based on the project "Xiang home".It aims to explore the local cultural industry ecology and on that condition the feasible business model of e-commerce platform.Based on the industry resources and platform situation of "Xiang home" and in accordance with the current domestic policies of intangible cultural heritage preservation and inheritance,and the development of the cultural industry market and e-commerce platform of handicrafts,the design practice will be helpful to discover the new cultural industry ecology in line with the development of business and culture,establish the business model and ecological system of "Xiang home" e-commerce platform on the basis,and complete the cross-platform integration design based on "Xiang home" electronic commerce.In the preliminary research,the thesis studies and analyzes the present situation of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad,domestic policies of intangible cultural heritage and domestic and foreign e-commerce platform of cultural and creative products and handicrafts,which provides the theoretical support and practical guidance for industrial and e-commerce ecological construction of "Xiang home".In the specific design,the author firstly studies the resource integration of"Xiang home" industry,emphatically analyzing the present situation and problems of online platform and offline industry,and determines the specific design objective by potential users' demand analysis.Secondly,the author builds a new business model and e-commerce ecological model starting from brand positioning and upgrading of"Xiang home" and outputs the detailed design tasks of cross-platform integration.One of the main tasks is the integration design of available online platform under the design principle of better user experience and lower development cost,and the other one is construction of WeChat applet background for "Xiang home",preferentially taking account of user experience and meanwhile combining the actual design demand of "Xiang home" electronic commerce and user requirements,including platform positioning,frame structure design,design of the interaction flow,interface design,feedback design,design iterations according to the results of the usability test,etc.Finally,the author sorts out the experience of the design practice,analyzes the highlights of the design,and outlines the expansibility and the possibility of "Xiang home" e-commerce platform.
