In the new era and new situation,new opportunities and requirements for the landscape construction of settlements in the natural protected area are brought about with the implementation of national ecological civilization and rural revitalization strategy,as well as the reform of territorial space planning and the integration of the natural protected area system.Meanwhile,the contradiction between protection and development in the social system of settlements in national nature reserves,such as scenic areas,has become more and more prominent,leading to a series of problems,such as ineffective or inefficient landscape control of settlements in scenic areas.All of these reflect the lack of control in system and technology,including incomplete structure of control system,incomplete scope of control indicators,and lack of specific depth of controlling indicators.This thesis,based on the relevant requirements of the overall planning and detailed planning of scenic areas,is a tentative effort to refine the control standards and requirements with characteristic indicators at the level of specific construction and management.By doing so,the thesis seeks to solve the problems of lack and deficiency in the control and management of landscape in scenic areas.What is more,the control and management system of landscape in scenic areas is to be repositioned and constructed from three levels,namely,demanding indicator,controlling indicator and characteristic indicator.Research is conducted in order of problem introduction,analysis and solving.Firstly,the thesis is to propose several problems against the research backdrop.Secondly,the existing theories and literature are reviewed.Domestic and international indicator system for landscape control of settlements in scenic spots is also analyzed.The thesis is also to summarize practical experiences of landscape control in other settlements,such as general settlements,historical and cultural villages and traditional villages,and urban design.On the basis of the commanding and controlling indicators for the landscape appearance of settlements,the thesis proposes to increase the level of characteristic indicator to meet the specific requirements of landscape appearance control in the specific construction process of settlements in scenic areas.Finally,in line with principles of universality and feasibility,the thesis is to provide 73 preliminary indicators,select the relevant indicators by using the standard reference method and Delphi expert consultation method,and finally determine 6commanding indicators,6 controlling indicators and 37 characteristic indicators,forming 3levels,11 major categories of indicators and 49 control indicators.Therefore,the system of landscape control indicators in scenic areas are integrated with grading and classification,rigidity and flexibility,being qualitative and quantitative.As a case study,the three-level system of landscape control indicators for Huangshan Scenic Area is applied,reviewed and revised,in order to explore the effective path and scientific system of landscape control in scenic areas and nature reserves.
