Research On Public Safety Government Supervision Of Hangzhou Passenger Transport Enterprises

Safe operation is the core task and fundamental goal of safety production management in passenger transport enterprises.For a long time,the government management department of passenger transport has been persistently taking the safety management of passenger transport enterprises as the core work,which has played an important role in maintaining the safety and standardized operation of passenger transport market.However,with the rapid development of information technology,the government is facing new challenges in the safety operation supervision of passenger transport enterprises,and the problems of traditional management methods are becoming more and more prominent.Taking Hangzhou as an example,this paper explores the government functions in the public safety supervision of passenger transport enterprises.In the research framework of this dissertation,firstly,Combing the existing literature on the research results of public safety supervision of passenger transport enterprises,government functions and other related fields,and summarizing the relevant theories in public management.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the staff of passenger transport companies and government passenger transport law enforcement personnel to learn more about the status of public safety government supervision of passenger transport companies.According to the survey results,analyze the existing problems from the aspects of supervision system,supervision post responsibilities and supervision methods.At the same time,the interview method was used to further understand the reasons for the public safety government supervision of passenger transport companies and their personal views on specific solutions.Finally,combined with the existing theories and interview results,analyze the reasons for the public safety government supervision of passenger transport enterprises,and propose optimization strategies and safeguard measures in order to improve the management level of public safety supervision of passenger transport enterprises.The main conclusions of this thesis through research are as follows: First,the current public safety government supervision of passenger transport companies has problems including unclear supervision rewards and punishments,inadequate job functions andservices,unclear regulatory objectives,inadequate safety training supervision,and backward safety supervision supervision methods..Second,the main reasons for the problems include insufficient legal system construction,overlapping post functions,insufficient staffing,traditional safety supervision methods,and insufficient innovation.Third,the proposed optimization strategies include improving the legal system,clarifying job responsibilities,optimizing supervision procedures,strengthening the construction of supervisory organizations and talents,and innovating the use of digital information supervision and social supervision.
