Approach On The Design Of Healthy Aged Architecture In The New Period Taking Yichang As An Example

With rapid development of the economic society,consumption is upgraded and opinions are changed,and people’s pursuit for material life gradually turns to pursuit for quality life.China has entered into and will be in the aging society for a long term,thus the problem of supporting old people should be highly concerned.It has been one of problems which are most concerned to solve the problem of supporting old people effectively.Due to the fast-speed city life,sub-health became a hot topic.At present,the existing facilities of the elders in China have problems like singular service mode and incomplete functional configuration,thus they cannot comply with demands of health care people in the new era,reflecting limitations of the era.It requires the buildings of healthy aged to put people first,start from demands of health care people,conform to development of the times and have flexible architecture design.Taking the buildings of healthy aged as research objects,through the analysis and study of relevant policies,theories and the background of the epoch,the essay studies the related problems of architectural design,researches the background of the epoch and the trend of its development,and summarizes the problems of the status of the pension facilities in China.In view of the special needs and the physiological and psychological characteristics of the health care people in the new era,the key points of the design of the buildings of healthy aged corresponding to their characteristics and requirements are summarized.The essay selects two typical cases of the buildings of healthy aged in China,and analyzes the five aspects of service mode,design philosophy and principle,building site selection and layout,building function configuration,and building cultural characteristics,and summarizes the typical features of these five aspects.According to the analysis of the basic theories and the analysis of typical cases,it is concluded that the service mode of the building should be combined with medical treatment and tourism for health care and provide for the aged.The design concept should focus on compatibility and stimulation of functions,integration of public space,operability and flexibility.The design principles should follow the principle of elderly-oriented,public space combine,servo principle and the principle of good landscape layout.Building site selection should take into account natural environmental factors,traffic factors,infrastructure conditions,regional coordination and other conditions affecting site selection.The layout of the building should be divided into dispersed layout and distribution centralized layout.When the land is limited,the centralized layout can be selected.In the aspect of building function design,we should take into account the diversity of the needs of the health care people and the changes of the physical functions of the elderly,and equips the complex and diversified architectural functions.The design of residential space should also pay attention to diversification.In the aspect of architectural style design,it can reflect regional characteristics,follow regional cultural and also highlight landform features and create project characteristics.Then,the author chooses two types of architectural design practice to study and analyze.First,the regional characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of Yichang are analyzed.It is concluded that the regional advantage of Yichang is suitable for the planning and construction of nursing house,and then on the spot investigation to understand the status of aged building in Yichang.It is known that Yichang has an urgent need for the aged and lack of high-grade pension facilities.Then this thesis analyzes the project of Futai Healthy Aged Center in Yichang through five aspects,which is located in the center of the city,with the characteristics of Yichang regional culture and a small-scale health building based on the aged.Zhongfang Yichang Health City,the project is located in the scenic area.It uses the tourism resources in Yichang.It is the building of largle-scale tourism characteristics.The design method of healthy aged buildings to be verified.Then the thesis summed up five aspects of architectural design methods for Yichang.Healthy aged building is a new way of expression because the elderly-care industry has just started.And there are few theories on the research of elderly care building.Therefore,this study hopes to provide reference for the current construction practice of healthy aged buildings.
