| Electric energy meters are installed in homes as the bridge between the power supply enterprises and the general electric power customers.The accuracy of the measurement is an important issue for everyone,directly affecting the social stability and harmonious development.As a result,the electric energy meters must be carried out strict quality checks according to the national metrological verification procedures before the operation.Just in Zhejiang province as an example,electric energy meters usage reaches more than 5 million each year,and the usage is up to 60 million a year all the country.Because of the large number of electric energy meters,the verification work is done by power supply enterprises in general before putting-in-service.Related equipment,personnel,measures and so on must be checked and accepted by the quality supervision and administration department at the next higher level,after reaching required for authorization.The traditional pattern of electric energy meters calibration uses programmable calibration device,handling,wiring,inspection,etc,not only low efficiency,easy to make mistakes,difficult to guarantee quality,but also the high voltage and large current operation environment threat to personal and equipment safety.This article presents a kind of intelligent metrological verification based on Internet of things,analyzes the functional requirements and operating characteristics of the traditional measurement and verification system.The 11 operations are designed into 11 separate functional modules.Through the automatic wiring,automatic sealing,automatic transfer,the whole process of real-time monitoring and other key technological breakthroughs to achieve the entire process of verification automation,the formation of independent verification of the project to complete the basic verification unit.Sets up the large-scale energy meter intelligent test system through the modular combination of the basic verification unit.Invents the beat simulation tool to match the number of functional modules set to achieve efficiency balance.This article focuses on how to build and run the intelligent calibration system,provides us with a positive guiding role for knowing and using the intelligent metrological testing technology. |
