Excavators are the most commonly used mining and loading equipment in openpit mines.About 65% ~ 70% of the earth mining and loading volume of open-pit mines in the world is completed by excavators.Bucket wheel excavators are mainly used to excavate soft topsoil,soft rock and coal.Single bucket excavator has the characteristics of low operating conditions,strong adaptability,mobility and flexibility.It is the most widely used mining and loading equipment in open-pit mines at present.The latitude of Russia is high.The open-pit mines in Russia are located in permafrost areas and seasonal permafrost areas.They are faced with the problem of mining and loading in extremely cold weather.The mechanical strength of frozen rock mass is enhanced,and the main mining and loading equipment is single bucket excavator.Single bucket excavator is mainly divided into wire rope and hydraulic according to the action of boom stick and bucket.With the progress of hydraulic technology and the development of hydraulic machinery,the number of wire rope excavators used by open-pit mining enterprises around the world is decreasing.Mechanical equipment companies are actively developing new hydraulic excavation machinery-large volume front shovel and backhoe hydraulic excavators.At present,there are four major manufacturers worldwide that produce large volume backhoe hydraulic excavators(bucket capacity is6-42m3): Liebherr(Germany),Komatsu Ltd.(Japan),caterpillar Inc.(United States)and Hitachi Group(Japan)Compared with mechanical excavators,backhoe hydraulic excavators have more advantages.Backhoe hydraulic excavators have more flexible operation positions and convenient walking.They can carry out mining and loading operations at the working face above and below their own standing level,and have greater slope climbing capacity.The excavation depth of backhoe hydraulic excavators depends on the model,size and type,and the mining bench height can be from 4 to 18 M At the same time,the backhoe hydraulic excavator can also effectively solve the mining problem of water rich open-pit mine,and can be used to excavate water pits and lay drainage channels.In addition,the backhoe hydraulic excavator has special advantages in non blasting excavation of semi-hard rocks,with greater excavation force.Under the same bucket capacity,the overall dimension of the hydraulic excavator is smaller than that of the front shovel steel wire rope excavator,And greater production capacity.The experience of foreign companies has confirmed the possibility of large-scale use of mining hydraulic excavators in open-pit mines,including under the most complex mining geological and climatic conditions.At present,the mining parameter design based on the front shovel type wire rope excavator is used in most open-pit mine design,including the minimum working pan parameters,stripping ratio,operation mode,transportation mode,etc.This design is only used for wire rope shovel excavator.Reasonable mining operation mode will determine the economic benefits of open-pit mines.Production stripping ratio is one of the main factors for correctly selecting reasonable mining operation mode.With the rapid development of backhoe hydraulic excavator,there is an urgent need for open-pit mining planning method according to the operation characteristics and mechanical characteristics of hydraulic excavator.When using mining hydraulic excavator to determine the mining operation mode,there is the problem of balancing the production stripping ratio.This paper mainly makes an in-depth study on the balanced utilization of stripping ratio and the method of mathematical modeling.The stripping ratio equalization method of backhoe hydraulic excavator is constructed,and the corresponding algorithm is developed.The traditional stripping ratio equilibrium method of open-pit mine production is mining geometric analysis.This method was developed in the Soviet Union in 1953.The method is to draw the curve of increasing stripping amount and increasing mineral amount.However,this method is graphical and has some disadvantages.In order to obtain more accurate values,mathematical modeling is carried out on the basis of integral calculation.The method of using mathematical modeling to balance the stripping ratio of production makes the calculation simpler and more accurate,which is suitable for various geological conditions of ore deposits.The software can be used in open-pit mining enterprises and related design and research units,as well as college curriculum and graduation thesis design.This dissertation includes 49 Figure s,19 Table s,and 84 references.
