Follow the economic development of the construction industry has been rapidexpansion,the excavator as a tool is widely used, plays an important role in the productionand the transportation of earthworks.Since the introduction of domestic excavator wasdeveloped and optimized, the excellent performance of hydraulic excavator and highworking efficiency is acceptable to the public.An important part is the influence of working device hydraulic excavator workingefficiency, each member of the working device of excavator size directly determines themaximum digging height and depth. So the optimization design and the dimensions of theworking device is particularly important, but also the focus of attention of the design.In this paper, a mathematical model of excavator working device, through eachcomponent scale optimization results established a3D model, and then connect to theADAMS simulation software simulated kinematics, dynamics, according to the dataobtained for finite element analysis of boom provides load value, the moving arm cananalyzed and improved, the concrete research the following:(1)In the design of excavator working device were target selection, constraintcondition, through mathematical modeling to obtain optimal results.(2)According to the established3D model optimization result data, extract the maincomponent model and assembly.(3)The3D model is imported into the ADAMS, set up a series of conditions ofkinematics and dynamics simulation, get the envelope get specific operating sizes bykinematics; get the maximum stress state joint force get boom key points by dynamics.(4)Grid boom in the ANSYS boom, the maximum stress is loaded into the model toobtain the boom of the stress distribution, the local optimization and improvement of thedynamic performance of the better arm.Based on the modeling and simulation optimization design value of contrast,providesnew data for3D modeling, the kinematics and dynamics simulation further more accurate,and provides a distribution of external load analysis of simulation results for the finite element. Analysis of the working device not only provides a certain theoreticalsignificance and application value and the design of the machine provides an optimizedthought.
