| Industry,population,and space are the organic components of a city,and the coordinated development of the three is an important manifestation of the high quality of the city.The transformation of economic and social development is an important driving force for the evolution of urban space.As my country ’ s industrial transformation and upgrading,the population enters the third stage of transformation,and the city enters the stage of stock improvement,how to adapt to the new stage and new requirements of high-quality development and promote industry,population,The coordinated development of space has become one of the hot issues of current urban concern.Based on the analysis of the interaction between industry,population and space,this paper studies the mechanisms and laws of the evolution of industry,population,and space driven by transformation,and uses Wujiang District as an example to analyze the laws of evolution between industry,population and space.And build a coupling coordination evaluation model to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the coordination relationship of the three,analyze internal problems and restrictive factors,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.In terms of theoretical research,this article analyzes the new trends in the development of industry,population,and space based on economic transition related theories and industry,population,and space related research reviews,and studies the external manifestations and internal logical relationships of the interactions among the three.Its coupling and coordination mechanism,and further analyzes the operation mode and effect of industry,population and space in practice from the two perspectives of market-oriented and government-oriented.In terms of empirical research,it is constructed based on the theory of synergy and the theory of coupling and coordination.The coupling coordination degree model is suitable for the evaluation of the coupling coordination of industry,population and space.This model can simultaneously measure the overall coordination degree of industry,population and space and the coordination degree between various subsystems,and is comprehensive and maneuverable.Based on the constructed evaluation model,this paper conducts an empirical study on the coordinated development of industry,population and space in Wujiang District.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2012 to 2019,the comprehensive development level of industry,population and space in Wujiang District has been continuously improved.The comprehensive development level of all towns and districts has increased to varying degrees,but the development differences are more obvious,Tongli Town and Shengze Town Always stay in the top two positions.(2)The degree of coupling and coordination between industry,population and space in Wujiang District has been continuously improved,and the overall coupling and coordination level has reached a higher level of coordination.From the perspective of time sequence characteristics,since 2012,the rapid development of the population system has been a key factor in the improvement of the coupling and coordination level of the three systems.The slow development of industrial systems and space systems is the crux of restricting the improvement of the overall coupling and coordination level;from the perspective of spatial characteristics,The overall level of coordinated development of industry,population,and space in Wujiang District ’ s towns has been improved,and a medium-to-high level coordinated development area with "Tongli-Shengze" as the axis and Songling and Lili as the two wings has gradually formed.(3)According to the lagging situation of each town in Wujiang District in the development of a single system,the eight towns are divided into three areas.The industrial lagging areas include Songling Town,Lili Town and Tongli Town,and the population lagging area includes Shengze Town and Qiqi Town.Capital towns,the space lagging area includes Zhenze Town,Taoyuan Town and Pingwang Town.Based on the evaluation results of the coupling coordination of industry,population and space in Wujiang District,this article analyzes the constraints of the coordinated development of industry,population and space from the perspective of economic transformation from the perspective of economic transformation from the overall and subregional levels.Finally,the article proposes an optimization strategy to promote the coordinated development of Wujiang’s industry,population and space. |
