Research On Enterprise Space Dynamics,park Development And Urban Space Reconstruction In Transition Period

The transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure have been promoted by external factors such as global manufacturing transfer,trade protectionism represented by anti-globalization,and internal factors such as the change of domestic economic growth momentum.As the main position of industrial transformation and upgrading,various parks not only promote the development of the city,but also their own functions are also facing transformation and upgrading.In addition,industrial transfer not only promotes the industrial development and economic strength of western cities,but also motivates the reconstruction of their industrial space.So,this paper takes xi 'an,a big city in the west of China,as an example,and discusses the impact of spatial dynamics of firms and park development on urban space reconstruction through theoretical and empirical analysis.Firstly,based on the existing research progress and theoretical basis,this paper attempts to construct a theoretical model of the interaction between enterprise space dynamics,park development and urban spatial reconstruction.And based on the institutional basis of decentralization,marketization and globalization and their corresponding influencing factors,this paper constructs the mechanism of the enterprise space dynamics and the development of the park on urban spatial reconstruction during the transition period,and analyzes how enterprise space dynamics and park development affect urban spatial reconstruction.Secondly,this paper analyzes the spatial expansion of the main urban area of Xi'an.It turns out that the main urban area of Xi'an has expanded in all directions,expanding to the northwest as a whole.The built-up area has shifted from rapid expansion to stable low-speed expansion and from "irrational" expansion to "rational" expansion.In addition,the paper discusses the spatial distribution and evolution process of manufacturing industry in Xi'an.It is found that the manufacturing industry in Xi'an has experienced the “decentralization” of the decline of the density of enterprises in the central area and the “re-aggregation” process of the density of the enterprises in the park since 1998.The distribution shows a significant decentralization trend,and the overall manufacturing space structure has shifted from a single-centered circle structure to a multi-core structure.This section provides the basis for the empirical analysis below.Thirdly,based on the perspective of enterprise exit and entry,this paper discusses the decentralization and re-aggregation characteristics and their influencing factors of Xi'an manufacturing space reconstruction.The results show that:(1)The basic spatial pattern of exiting enterprises is similar to the overall spatial distribution of manufacturing enterprises in 1998.The basic spatial pattern of entering enterprises is similar to the overall spatial distribution of manufacturing enterprises in 2013.The exit of the enterprise to break the original space structure and the new spatial structure established by the re-aggregation of enterprises,they jointly reshaped the multi-center manufacturing space pattern of suburbanization in Xi'an in 2013.(2)Factors such as agglomeration economy,foreign capital introduction,high-tech industry,and high-speed road network construction have promoted the re-aggregation of manufacturing industries;and land marketization has not only motivated the re-aggregation of manufacturing industry but also promoted decentralization.In general,marketization has a significant promotion on the decentralization of urban manufacturing,while the decentralization and globalization are not significant.However,the re-aggregation of manufacturing is the result of the combined effects of decentralization,marketization and globalization.Finally,this paper takes Xi'an as an example to explore the impact of the expansion of the park and the development of the park on the urban spatial structure.The results show that:(1)The spatial expansion direction of Xi'an Park is the extension direction of the main city,and their expansion speed has been reduced as a whole.The expansion mode has changed from “extensive” expansion to “fine” expansion.The expansion of the park has a high contribution to the expansion of urban space.(2)The development of the park experienced the process of “tentacles” growth and inundation in the process of urban expansion.Due to the influence of the park,the urban space showed a tentacles expansion.(3)The manufacturing industry in Xi'an has obvious park features.Xi'an City focuses on the park as a carrier to cultivate urban sub-centers by creating innovative growth poles,industrial growth poles,cultural industry growth poles,financial growth poles and open growth poles.
