| With the development of China’s market economy,the importance of human capital is related to the future and development of enterprises.Scientific incentive mechanism can increase the motivation and creativity of employees in high degree,let the employees to finish their task more willingly,and improve performance of enterprise.As a key subject of modern enterprise human resources scholars,incentive mechanism has become the focus of modern enterprise research.With the continuous upgrading of enterprise management requirements and the improvement of staff’s own quality,the study of incentive mechanism has become a top priority for the enterprise.XD Company,as an old state-owned general contractor of overseas international engineering projects,has fallen behind many emerging international engineering project enterprises in terms of incentive mechanism due to the influence of traditional human resource management mode.In the process of continuous development of the company,the talent flight and high turnover rate have become the core problems restricting the development of the enterprise,and the old fashionedincentive mechanism has become to the obstacle tothe development of modern enterprises.Under the increasingly fierce competition,XD company need to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism to keep talents,attract talents.So that the project manager can also release their motivation and creativity.Based on the incentive theory,this research takes XD Company as the study object,and investigates the satisfaction and needs of project managers in XD company,a special group.This research deeply analyzes the current incentive system of XD Company,puts forward the problems therein,and provides the improvement plan of incentive system..Hopefully,this can provide a basic idea and direction for the improvement of the incentive mechanism of project managers in the same type of state-owned enterprises. |
