| This article starts with the status quo of corporate performance evaluation and company strategy,and analyzes the current performance evaluation of the company.Then,using the Balanced Scorecard Theory,Analytic Hierarchy Process,and questionnaire surveys,a performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard was actually designed based on the A power supply company.The weights were determined for each level of the index,and a new structure was established for the company.Performance evaluation system.Through the analysis of the performance evaluation indicators of the company for the past five years,it is concluded that the overall performance level of the A power supply company is good,the company does the best in internal operation safety,followed by the customer,and the financial results and learning and growth results are not Too satisfied,there is room for greater improvement.Finally,the company proposed measures to improve the performance level,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the obstacles encountered in the application of the performance evaluation system. |
