| In recent years,the monopoly position of power industry is facing great challenges due to the influence of power system reform and market economy.An effective performance evaluation system plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness and realizing the win-win situation between the organization and the employees.The reality is that many county-level power supply enterprises often take the implementation rules of performance management of superior units as the reference for implementation,and do not build a performance evaluation system in line with their own status and development requirements,which can not meet the current economic and social needs,so the performance management reform is imperative.By combing the relevant literature on performance evaluation and balanced scorecard at home and abroad,based on relevant theories,this paper takes TQ power supply company as the research object,analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the current performance evaluation system;secondly,it puts forward the necessity and feasibility of optimizing the current performance evaluation system,and introduces four dimensions of balanced scorecard management thinking To increase social responsibility as the fifth dimension,from the five dimensions of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth and social responsibility,decompose strategic objectives,draw strategic maps,reshape performance evaluation indicators and weights,and establish evaluation indicators based on strategic objectives;thirdly,the preparation of performance plan,the implementation of performance evaluation,communication and feedback,and the application of evaluation results Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects of organization,personnel and system to ensure the smooth implementation of the new performance evaluation system.The research results of this paper are expected to provide beneficial reference for the construction and optimization of performance evaluation system of relevant power supply companies. |
