| Construction project emergency is the focus of attention in the process of construction management which has the characteristics of high occurrence frequency,difficult control of occurrence process and heavy disaster consequence.It has a negative impact on construction safety and enterprise development.It is an important means to implementing effective emergency management and reduce the consequences of emergencies that how to formulate emergency response measures efficiently and scientifically.The emergent events show dynamic evolution characteristics.The evolution process has uncontrollability and uncertainty.In addition,managers’ decision-making is influenced by their own experience,knowledge background,and personality traits,which easily leads to irrational coping behaviors of decision makers.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the level of emergency management by analyzing the characteristics of emergency situations in construction projects,coupling the psychological behaviors of decision makers,and studying the emergency decision-making mechanism of construction projects.This paper focuses on the project presentation and optimization problems in the emergency decision-making process of construction project emergency.Based on the scenario response theory,it analyzes the elements of emergency scenarios,considers the ambiguity of decision-makers’ psychological behavior and decision-making information,and blurs the foreground theory and interval intuition.Combining set theory and establishing an emergency decision model for emergency in construction projects.The specific content is as follows:Firstly,taking the incident situation as the object of analysis,and by decomposing the components of the scenario,based on the theory of knowledge-based elements,the construction project emergencies are abstractly expressed using the scenario elements,and a scenario retrieval and matching algorithm based on attribute similarity and structural similarity is designed.A method for generating emergency decision plans for construction projects based on scenario response theory was proposed.Secondly,taking into account the influence of decision makers’ psychological behaviors on decision-making outcomes,eliminating the ambiguity and uncertainty of information in the emergency decision-making process of engineering projects,combining the foreground theory with the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set theory,establishing an emergency decision-plan optimization model.Ensure the scientific and rationality of emergency decision-making results.Finally,through the analysis of emergencies accident cases,the accident scenes are represented,and through context retrieval and matching,the background of the accident cases with the highest degree of similarity is selected,corresponding to the state of possible accident development,and the emergency decision plan optimization model constructed by the sort the emergency plan and select the most economical and reasonable plan. |
