Distribution network is at the end of the whole power grid.Rural distribution network mainly provides power for rural residents.With the development of rural society and economy,the situation of electricity consumption has changed greatly.Many problems have arisen in the operation of distribution network,which is difficult to fully meet the electricity demand of rural users.However,the annual investment amount for distribution network transformation is limited,and the decision-making process is influenced by many external factors.Therefore,it is particularly important to make good decision-making work for distribution network transformation scheme and use limited funds to solve the most urgent problems.This dissertation studies the multi-attribute decision-making of distribution network transformation scheme.The main contents are as follows:First,based on the large-scale investigation of the operation status of rural distribution network and the establishment of basic database,it is concluded that there are some urgent problems in the operation of rural distribution network,such as heavy overload of equipment,weak grid structure,low reliability of power supply,low qualified rate of voltage,insufficient capacity of per-household distribution transformer,old equipment and so on.Meanwhile,the ways to solve these problems,the conditions for renovation,and project classification and planning goals are discussed in detail.Then,the status quo of distribution network development and multi-attribute decision-making methods are deeply studied and analyzed,and a simple and clear analytic hierarchy process(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)is proposed to analyze the decision-making of distribution network transformation scheme.In addition,considering the urgent problems existing in the current situation of rural distribution network,a decision-making index system based on practical problems is proposed,which is more practical than the evaluation index system after transformation.What's more,this paper studies the multi-attribute decision-making method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for distribution network renovation schemes.It focuses on the comparison and analysis of subjective,objective and comprehensive weight calculation methods.Combined with the actual situation of distribution network renovation,the objective modified subjective weight calculation method is improved.The standardization process of decision-making indicators is studied,and the standardization calculation function of each sub-function in the decision-making system constructed above is designed in detail.Finally,a decision-making system of distribution network transformation scheme is constructed,and it is applied to the transformation of a county-level distribution network,the results shows the rationality of the decision-making method proposed in this paper.
