| Electromechanical design and type selection of large hydropower station is a practical work.Generally,it is necessary to analyze and compare the technical and economic indicators of the equipment and finally complete the design and type selection of the equipment.Therefore,relying on Ludila Hydropower Station as an example,it is a very necessary work to study the selection and application of its early electromechanical design.The research results provide a lot of theoretical support for the construction and operation of large hydropower stations in Yunnan Province in the future,and have a strong practical significance.According to the technical development trend of hydropower station,national industry standard,basic design data and electromechanical design flow,this paper studies the electromechanical design and selection of hydropower station.First of all,through the study of the operation experience of large-scale units at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of Ludila Hydropower Station to carry out turbine design work,with the operation stability as the primary objective,select advanced and reasonable turbine parameters and models.Then,the REBUS program is used to quantitatively analyze the reliability of the main wiring scheme to determine the main wiring form.According to the characteristics of the main wiring,the short-circuit points are set up.The periodic and aperiodic components of the three-phase short-circuit current,the full current and the impulse current are calculated under the maximum operation mode.Next,the main structure and parameters of the generator are selected from the aspects of safe and stable operation,generator manufacturing technology and investment of hydropower station.The relationship between technical and economic advantages is correctly handled,and the type of 500 k V main transformer and 500 k V distribution device is selected according to the engineering conditions.Finally,through the analysis of the crack phenomenon of the runner at the initial stage of the unit operation,the cause of the crack is found,and the optimization scheme of the runner components of the hydro-generator set is put forward.The scheme is verified by Ansys-workbench program to be reliable and effective,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.Through the above design and selection of technical transformation work,to meet the construction requirements of large-scale hydropower stations,but also to achieve the purpose of practical application. |
