Industrial Modeling Design Of Rough Terrain Crane Of Sany Heavy Industry

This thesis is based on the SANY Heavy Industry rough-terrain-crane industrial design project commissioned by SANY Crane Co.,Ltd.The main background is that SANY Crane Co.,Ltd.hopes to create a rough-terrain-crane that more satisfies the needs of use,and creates a more design feature and brand image.At present,construction machinery products on the market are fiercely competitive,with small differences,and the level of individualization and humanization is not good.At the same time,the homogeneity of science and technology,product functions and use methods in construction machinery enterprises is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,in order to improve the performance,function and actual use efficiency of rough-terrain-cranes,bring products with certain ergonomics and emotional experience to the market and users,and increase market competitiveness at the same time,it is necessary to implement a new generation design of rough-terrain-cranes.The first chapter of the round article firstly discusses the industry background and source of the project,and combs the theoretical article framework and workflow;The second chapter mainly discusses and analyzes the project mission statement and the design requirements of Party A,clarifies the design goals and expectations of Party A,and carries out the project process combing and task detailed arrangement at the same time;The third chapter quickly understands the status quo and development trend of the industry after conducting various investigations,and conducts design analysis and understanding of domestic and foreign competitive products.At the same time,corresponding research and analysis on the corporate culture of SANY Group and some family products are carried out to clarify the design trend and design direction;The fourth chapter is the project design stage,where the design concept summarized in the previous stage is sketched,the design intent is initially expressed,the digital model design is carried out after the sketch screening,the rendering of the rendering is completed,and the interior and exterior design plan is determined;The fifth chapter is mainly about the construction and display of digital models,and the completion of prototype production;The sixth chapter is a reflection and review of the preliminary design work,analysis and summary of the shortcomings and gains in the project design process.This thesis researches and analyzes the development trend of rough-terrain-crane industrial design,and carries out innovative design based on the construction and inheritance of family product design characteristics.It emphasizes the importance of project research and analysis to design practice,and the importance of design practice methods and design processes to the success of project.This article discusses the rough-terrain-crane industrial design project in cooperation between the School of Design and Art of Hunan University and SANY Crane Co.,Ltd.It records the entire process and content of the project’s progress,summarizes the complete design process and mature design methods,highlights the importance of industrial design to the success of the project,and provides reference for the design team’s development and design of similar equipment products.
