The Research On The Space Design Strategy Of College Students Dormitory Under The Concept Of Sharing

With the development and popularization of the Internet,the concept of sharing has gradually emerged and has been widely used in all aspects of life such as clothing,food;housing,and transportation.At the same time,as one of the important concepts of current social development,the concept of sharing has changed peoples lifestyles to a large extent.“Sharing” has become a hot topic of discussion in the current era.Under the background of the sharing concept,the living behavior characteristics and living needs of college students have changed,which hinders the growth and development of students to a certain extent.It is necessary to explore the design method of new college student dormitory space mode to adapt to the changing needs of students.Therefore,this article focuses on the research on the design strategy of space sharing in college student dormitories,and proposes innovative design methods that meet the needs of students.The research of the thesis is mainly carried out from the following four parts: The first part is the basic theoretical research.First,it analyzes the research background of this article,summarizes the relevant research materials of the space design and sharing concept of the college student dormitory,and discusses the research content,methods and framework.Secondly,it sorts out the evolution of domestic dormitory space mode,analyzes and compares the living conditions of domestic and foreign college students,and conducts field investigation and analysis of domestic college students’ dormitories and their living conditions on this basis,and puts forward a comprehensive theoretical and practical study.The existing problems and influencing factors in the space design of college student dormitories in China.The second part is theoretical construction,innovatively introducing the concept of sharing as the guiding ideology of space design,discussing the necessity and feasibility of sharing dormitories,and discussing the transformation of contemporary college students’ residential behavior characteristics under the concept of sharing,and passing a questionnaire The survey conducted a quantitative analysis of the sharing needs of college students,and summarized the sharing mode and spatial sharing level in the dormitory,in order to construct the space sharing design strategy of the dormitory.The third part is the strategy method,detailed design and construction,and proposes the shared design principles of dormitory space.Based on the above research,from the multiple sharing strategy of residential unit space,the integration and sharing strategy of public function space,and the community sharing of college student dormitory groups Three levels of strategy propose a shared design strategy for the dormitory space of college students.The fourth part is an empirical study.The reform design practice of the student dormitory of Changsha Electric Power Vocational and Technical College is carried out.The space sharing design strategy proposed in the previous article is used to optimize the design of the dormitory space mode,and the sharing strategy is demonstrated in the dormitory building space design through specific examples in the application.By introducing the perspective of sharing concept,this paper studies the space sharing design strategy of college student dormitories,guides the future student dormitory design to develop in the direction of continuously adapting to the needs of students,and provides new methods and ideas for the design of college dormitory space mode to realize the dormitory.Sustainable development of similar buildings.
