Study On The Causes Of Hollowing Out Of Traditional Villages In Nanchang And Its Activation Pathways

Traditional villages,which contain rich historical and cultural values,are the crystallization of rural history and culture.Because of its regional uniqueness,Nanchang has gathered a number of traditional villages with rich forms.With the acceleration of urbanization,the labor force of traditional villages has been transferred to cities.The sudden hollowing out of villages has brought about such problems as the hollowing out of population,the hollowing out of buildings and the hollowing out of industries,which hinders the integration process of urban and rural areas.The traditional villages in Nanchang are facing threats.How to activate these precious historical and cultural resources and reactivate the vitality of traditional villages has become a common topic of social concern.The proposal of the national rural revitalization strategy has created conditions for the governance of the rural hollowing problem.This paper by the methods of on-the-spot investigation,literature review,analysis,comparison,case analysis method and the methods of multidisciplinary cross method,discusses the research background,nanchang traditional village activation analysis and the research status of traditional village activation at home and abroad,defines the related concepts in the study of traditional villages activation path,the characteristic of traditional villages hollowing out of the analysis of the current nanchang,type,cause,potential value and bring the plight of and through the research of nanchang,the typical cases of traditional village activation success to extract the nanchang traditional village activation path,and applied it in the village of nanchang Gui Qiao activation.The research content of this paper can be divided into five parts:The first part is literature review.Through literature review,the relevant theoretical studies on the activation of traditional villages at home and abroad are sorted out,and a research review report is prepared on this basis.In order to further develop the research of this topic to do a good job of theoretical groundwork.The second part is the hollowing of traditional villages in Nanchang and the analysis of its causes.This paper summarizes the characteristics and types of the hollowing out of traditional villages,analyzes the causes of the hollowing out,and explores the potential value and main problems faced by the hollowing out.The third part is the case analysis of the activation of traditional villages.Through the field investigation of the typical activation cases,the similarities and differences of the activation led by four different subjects were compared and their experiences were summarized.The fourth part is the study on the activation path of traditional villages in Nanchang.The connotation,opportunities and challenges,elements and principles of activation are clarified,and on this basis,the activation path of traditional villages in Nanchang City is put forward,including the activation of public space functions,landscape elements,participants,traditional architectural style and industrial forms.The fifth part is the practical research.Through the planning practice of the activation of traditional villages in Guiqiao Village,Nanchang City,the application research of the activation path is carried out,and the design strategy is effectively tested and improved.
