With the development of art,the continuous innovation of space design concepts and the increasing demand for spiritual and cultural life of people,the exhibition space design in traditional art museums can no longer fully meet the needs of contemporary art exhibitions.The artistic expressiveness it brings is getting weaker and weaker,and contemporary art with diverse forms,media,materials and shapes is putting new demands on the design quality of exhibition spaces.However,through the design experiments that I participated in during the postgraduate period,the author found that the design of some exhibition spaces in contemporary art museums is in a passive and conservative state.Even though the art museum’s own architectural positioning has broken away from the traditional constraints,when the specific exhibition content is implemented in For the exhibition space inside the building,the "White Cube" is still the first choice because of its low cost,modest performance,and simple construction.A large number of contemporary artworks are placed in a "zero cost" space that is unresponsive and difficult to interact.This makes the use of exhibition space in contemporary art museums inefficient,and people cannot get cultural experience that matches the current living standards in the space,and it is also difficult to achieve a better interaction relationship with exhibits in such a space.Therefore,research on the design of exhibition space in contemporary art museums is conducive to promoting the use of public cultural buildings and improving the use efficiency of each square area of ??exhibition space.At the same time,it can also provide designers with an exhibition space.Design reference samples,optimize the process and steps in the design work,and expand the upper limit of the architectural design in the exhibition space.Based on the characteristics of contemporary artworks,combines architectural theory,space construction method,hardware equipment cognition,construction and installation technology and other materials to consult,and combines the comprehensive results of literature and data analysis with On-site design experiments are combined with each other to sum up the principles of contemporary art gallery exhibition space design: basic interaction principles for architectural use,exhibition-oriented principles for space design,scene creation principles for interface design,and functional composite principles for hardware equipment.On the basis of the experimental presupposition principle,supplemented by the presupposition demonstration of the design experiment,the exhibition space design method for contemporary art museums is summarized: through the in-depth analysis of the space design,it is found that it is based on the size,the column The influence of space elements such as,floor height,and interface on the design combination;through in-depth analysis of interface design,the design optimization method of horizontal interface and vertical interface was found,and the effect of scene creation on the quality of exhibition space was summarized;The field experiment operation of the hardware equipment obtained the standards and experience of the exhibition space for equipment selection,sound and light environment configuration,construction process steps,and integrated system installation and control,and expanded the exhibition space design method from plan to implementation.Feasible probability.The athesis clarified the complete process of exhibition space design in contemporary art museums.Through the combination of space design,interface design and hardware equipment,it found design principles and strategies that can be referred to in exhibition space design.The design theory of exhibition space of contemporary art museums has been developed,hoping that the research results can provide certain reference and reference value for future design practice,explore the direction of new contemporary art museum exhibition space,and discover more possibilities.
