Research On The Design Of Medical Services,aged Care And Education Space Of Day Care Center In Urban Community Of Changsha

With the increasing of the elderly population in China,aging has become an irreversible trend.In 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed to actively implement the aging strategy in formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the2035 Long-range Goals,which fully reflects the importance China attaches to the elderly population.Through a survey of the status quo of pension in China,we can see that the construction speed of pension facilities can not solve the increasingly serious crisis of pension,and the quality and management level of pension facilities in different regions are uneven.Community home care is the best choice under the demand of the pension mode,the construction and improvement of its pension facilities is imminent.However,the field survey found that most community facilities for the aged have a series of unreasonable space.Based on this,this article takes the community endowment facilities is most common in the elderly day care center as the research object,with closely related daily life activities of the elderly health care,maintenance,education space as the research object,with the actual pension needs of the elderly,to explore the medical community day care center,maintenance and education space design strategy.First of all,this paper expounds the research background,mainly from the aging status quo,the demand of the transformation of the pension model and the promulgation of related policies to analyze three aspects,in order to prove the importance and feasibility of community home care.Then,through the analysis of the development and practice of community elderly care facilities at home and abroad,the elderly care models and design methods that can be adapted to my country’s national conditions are extracted;a more comprehensive analysis of the current situation of aging in Changsha City is made to illustrate the urgency of community elderly care in Changsha.Then,through field survey,mapping and questionnaire survey,the user needs,basic characteristics,spatial layout pattern,medical care and education space composition,actual area and proportion of community day care centers in Changsha were summarized.According to the proportion of medical care and education space and the content,the community sunshine center in Changsha can be divided into three types: educational type,entertainment type and nursing type.Finally,based on the actual needs of users,data statistics and research status,combined with the relevant standards and design drawings of community day care centers promulgated by the state,we can find suitable medical,maintenance,and education space configurations for community day care centers in Changsha and even Hunan Province.Recommendations and design standards.The following suggestions are specifically put forward: medical care and education space layout form,space scale and interior layout,space type selection,space detail design points,community sunshine center site selection,and education,entertainment,and nursing community sunshine center space model design,hope It can provide a certain reference for the construction of community day care centers in the future.
