Research On The Strategy Of Rebuilding The Elderly Day Care Center By Using The Existing Buildings

The aging society,is one of the current hot topic in today’s society,China is entering the aging society in 1999 has a large population of the country,the increasingly serious problem of aging,but already in 40,the ranks of the elderly population after 50,getting 60,70 after the crowd on its own in pension in front of the mode of planning,how can the elderly pension has become a problem to be solved Chinese cause of aging.China as a cultural giant,filial piety culture and formed the thought ingrained in my mind,for pension problems or choose home care,most old people do not want to leave their familiar living environment to go to the nursing home to spend their twilight years,in such a context,home care has become the main development direction of endowment service in china.The general office of the State Council issued the "social pension service system construction plan(2011~2015)" proposed "to the community day care centers and specialized pension institutions as the focus,through new construction,expansion and acquisition,improve the social pension service level." Construction tasks.So the study has been completed within the community and the surrounding public pension space reconstruction,not only is the national resources for reuse,and for the improvement of community care facilities,pension service level,supplement and refinement of pension standard,have important significance to live perfect area planning and design theory.This paper mainly research and investigation on the part of Beijing City,Xi’an City,and the higher the degree of aging in Shanghai city community day care center,understand the basic situation of facilities and the basic function of space structure,the life of the elderly nursery,aged one day and its corresponding place in the detailed investigation and analysis of effect of different characteristics of health the state of the elderly and combination of different facilities for the elderly behavior.On the basis of the existing norms,this paper puts forward the space composition,spatial relationship and the suggestions for the design and improvement measures of the community care center for the elderly in the community.As to provide the reference for each residential building design for day care center,so that the space can truly meet the living needs of the elderly,provide the basis for nursing home elderly in community with sustainable.
